    Planting trees is easy, but caring for them for at least a few years is difficult. It takes lots of dedication. Otherwise most of them will never reach maturity. I suggest to grow bananas amongst the trees. It helps protecting the young trees ..

    the weather is going to go up by another 3 degree celcius by another 5 years, if msia did nothing, then enjoy the hotter weather soon. some countries had reached 52 celcius which could cook beef with it. Free cooking fuel.

    I love the spirit to conquer. Issue that "I" have is that, I see climate change as such a major issue that there doesn't seem to be a simple answer. I feel that things can only get better with some radical change of the system, so that pollution decrease significantly. I do my best to educate myself on these topics

    Please stay safe with the changing climate friends 🙏🏼✨ Consider mechanical air conditioning in order to save lives as the wet-bulb temperatures reach 100°F. Trees are great for air conditioning too ☺️

    My village has a private grid, so i tried to promote solar energy and rainwater harvesting in the village. me and 5 others invested in solar systems and everything went well. But after one year the developer came and said we are not allowed to share solar power anymore. So now about 3 MWH of solar power is wasted every month. The problem is most people in the village are old foreigners. They don't understand new things like solar energy. They think its something bad. And its very hard to talk with them about it.

    Hi, John, please make a video to give your view and comments on Syntropic Agroforestry system, which farmers can end up in get rid of irrigation and fertilizer (low maintenance cost) through planting many plants together and chop&drop. Is this a new agriculture technology or agriculture trend? Can it be used in commercial farms? Can it be profitable? I want to heard your view. Thank you.

    dramatically increase in world population, savage capitalism, destruction of forest for wood and agriculture / construction, milions of planes with ultra cheap tickets for mass tourism, no environmental/pollution laws on poor countries taken adavantadge by the richer countries and so on. We are doomed and our natural resources and habitat will drastically decrease even we reduced consumption by 50% from now on

    go what about all the gas power stations in Thailand ??? population 1960 = 20 million, now 70 million... if you think planting trees is suddenly going to make a big difference then you are fooling yourself... trees can provide shade especially in cities = tree lined streets... Planting trees is great, but it is not addressing the biggest issues... it distracts from discussions of the real issues...

    @milesinzz hey you addressed a very good point. But let me ask you something. If climate change is one of the biggest issue then why come countries like USA, China etc are not taking steps to reduce Carbon footprint? Why they are complaining instead of doing something valuable to the world?

  • @milesinnz

    @milesinnz

    25 күн бұрын

    @@enayetrashid9566 look at the data from the USA .. greenhouse emissions have been falling .. as for China there is only one priority .. the continuance of the CCP and the ruling class. Do you know the contribution rice makes to greenhouse emissions .. why are you growing rice.. air travel is about 3% of CO2 emissions .. cement is 8%.. why are you still using cement in Thailand ?? Why does Thailand rely most on gas for electrical generation. In only a few years you will have to import it all.. so the price of electricity will go up. Why does Thailand encourage international tourism ?? People traveling by air from the other side of the world ??? You want to explain any of this. Why do farmers in SE Asia still burn their fields.. do you really know and understand what the issues are in even your own country ?
