It's Time We Talk About Wyatt Flores - New Country Roundup

Музыка

I'm doing a stream-of-conscious look at all the country music I've been listening to for my next few videos. In today's I talk about a bunch of stuff from The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songs and Snakes soundtrack, which features Charles Wesley Godwin, Sierra Ferrell, Flatland Cavalry, Billy Strings, Molly Tuttle, and Olivia Rodrigo. Plus, new music from Flatland Cavalry, Muscadine Bloodline, and the great album 'Life Lessons' by Wyatt Flores.
00:00 - Intro & Life Updates
03:36 - The Hunger Games Soundtrack
06:00 - Dylan Marlowe/Dylan Scott - Boys Back Home
07:51 - Wilder Blue & Luke Combs
09:36 - Luke Grimes
11:13 - Muscadine Bloodline
12:03 - Wyatt Flores - Life Lessons

“Why am I telling y’all this? No one cares.” I care!!!🙋‍♀️ Dude you don’t realize how bad I wish we could be best friends because you’re the only one I have to “talk to” about country music! Like you are a highlight of my life, and I care about you and all the changes that have been going on! I have been missing you and your videos but I know it’s been a busy time for you. So I’m glad to get some updates. So if ever you think nobody cares, just remember: Katie cares!💜

That is so kind to say!! I didn't mean to imply that y'all don't care about me in a literal sense. I was more rebuking myself that I sometimes prefer to overthink my growing pains rather than just shooting another damn video.😂 But I truly am grateful and appreciate the support!!

I have been saying this for the past 2 years. I daily wish I had someone to "talk to" about country music as well. Grady, you provide such a great service to the subscribers, and I hope you feel as though you are fulfilling that purpose for you and for us. You are the #1 KZreadr that I wish I had more subscribers, not just to have more or "clout" but truly just because your message needs to reach more people.

Grady when you say no one cares you are right. But not that no one cares about you or your life. No one cares about a little inconsistency or that the channel isn't the same that it's been the last few years. We've grown to be fans of you not just albums reviews or end of year lists. Keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep watching. (Even if we disagree about Turnpike's newest album).

I couldn't agree more with some of what's already been said in the comments. I care so much about you and what you do. When you take (well deserved or busy) time away, I miss you and your videos! I am Swedish, I live in Stockholm, and basically no one listens to country here! I've loved country since I was a child when my best friends American dad played his country vinyl records on the summer nights he let us stay up too late = great memories! You are my go-to whenever I feel alone in my country interest over here. 😊 I sort of... need you. 😅 I do. (Also, haircut looks amazing! 👌 )

Immediately went to listen the new Wyatt Flores after this and was not disappointed! Something about it is giving me 2008i-sh to early 2010s Texas music scene vibes. I don't know how to explain it, but it felt like I was listening to something that came out from my early college years and I love it.

I think she is incredible, and if you compare it so her singing in West Side Story is just incredible when you see her versatility. On the Bro Country side, its interesting to see what is happening in the Australian country music scene which is this weird mix of 2010's Bro Country mixed with a bit fo Muscadine Bloodline style writing!

Definitely not telling you how to do your job here, just had some suggestions regarding the consistency. Maybe alternate uploads? So every two weeks you can have one video that’s more creative “Does Riley Green have anything to say?” Type videos and then the next two weeks dedicate to making a standard “Album Roundup.” Video. Also maybe place a limit on how many albums you’ll allow into one roundup, so that way you can have extras if it starts slowing down. Give yourself tight deadlines, that always helps me when I need to get an assignment turned around. Lastly, I suggest some tutorials from masterclass or just browse on KZread to see if there’s something for managing your projects. Great video man, still love seeing your content after all these years.

I’ve been a fan for a while and I’ll stay one as long as things don’t turn all nasty and nothing is good enough anymore.
