Milena I"m not sure if you'll see this but I wanted to say thank you so so much for being so blunt, raw, open and vulnerable on your platforms. I feel like you were fed up and gave it all to God and he FUELED a newfound passion in you and he is working so powerfully in you. I've been witnessing this intense change and growth in you just through what you've been willing to share. I'm amazed and thankful. God is doing this through many families and more specifically wives and mothers. So beautiful to be in sync with you.

Milena, you and Jordan have been such a light in my life for the past two years after bringing my son into the world. I watched you previously to having him but I can really feel God working through your content lately and speaking DIRECTLY to me 😅 You have taught me so much and opened my eyes to so many things that no one talks about. You truly show me that living in a worldly way doesn’t please God at all not does it benefit me and my family. You have to live through Him and walk with Him in order to know that love happiness and joy. Thank you for everything ❤You will never understand the impact you’ve had on my relationship with God and my spouse ❤️

Time stamps for topics to unlearn: Kids before marriage - 2:22 Life isn’t fair - 7:45 Children are burdens - 11:43 I am a good person - 15:42 Joy comes from things - 17:06 Love has conditions - 20:02 Ps. Just wanna say I’ve been following you for quite sometime because I love following Christ-centered influencers, and you have been the most Christ like in these last couple of months! When I first followed, not everything you did or say did I agree with. But now more than ever, I see how Jesus has been working on your heart and I love it! Not that you weren’t uplifting at times in the past, and that’s why I followed, tehe. But you can see the maturity that God has given you through obeying Him ❤

The one true religion now is Islam, and it always has been, just named differently in the past. God sent the bible to guide mankind through Jesus (May peace be upon him), however, the bible had been tampered with and there are so many contradictions. God tried again with a new nation, and gave Moses the Torah and again…people added to it for their own benefit. God (Allah) then sent His final messenger, the Prophet Muhammad (May peace and blessings be upon him) (just as He sent Jesus, May peace be upon him) the bible)) the Quran as a guidance for mankind. And this time God promised that He Himself will preserve it, and not leave it in the hands of people as He did before and thus, if you look at the first copy of the Quran, and the copies all over the world now, they’re all exactly the same, with 0 contradictions, and holes found in the bible and Torah due to peoples tampering with it, is filled all in the Quran. The Quran is purely Allahs (Gods) words and everything in it makes sense and is the truth. It’s the religion of peace and I believe if any devout Christian reads the Quran will see all this for themselves and submit before the Lord. Just as Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Muhammad and all the other Prophets of Allah (May peace and blessings be upon them) did. In Arabic the one who “submits” is called a Muslim ❤ there are many Christians who submitted and thus are muslims because of the truth they saw, I pray Allah allows everyone to be guided and gives them the courage to break away from what they’ve been taught in the past and see the truth which is the religion Islam, Ameen

Something I unlearned years ago and still thankful today that I unlearned it was to "not give up" when the world would give up. To stay in a marriage when the world have walked away. To forgive when the world would have held the grudge. Marriage only lasts when you have a forgiving heart. Your spouse will always fail you. (Let's face it, they are imperfect just like us). We will always fail our spouse. We will always let each other down. But with each mistake is an opportunity to learn and grow so we don't have to make that mistake again. So staying in a marriage that the world would have divorced has brought me HOLY JOY! PEACE , LOVE, all the fruits of the spirit, and a third baby who would have never been here if we didn't work it out :)

Girl I am LIVING out right now the whole “I have to be a good wife even if my husband isn’t being a good husband” thing right now. It all comes back down to the letting go of what my idea of how a marriage is supposed to look, or how a godly husband is supposed to act. We all have an image of what we expect our marriages (or lives in general) to look like whether that was shaped by societal standards, our own personal upbringings, movies/tv shows etc. The moment we go to the alter (which is traditionally a place of sacrifice) we die to all that. Knowing these things and actually living these things are two very different and *difficult* things. It’s such hard work. And no one talks about the grief associated with it. My hubbs and I have been married 5 years and I have had to grieve the man he was when we first married one another (simply because life happens and there are things that being married will pull out of you that you otherwise wouldn’t have had to face in singlehood 🤣). It’s a tough season to be in right now, and with 3 small boys (4,3,1) constantly pulling and tugging at me.

This really touched me. We were originally told I was pregnant with a boy, and this was confirmed through both genetic testing and ultrasound. However when I delivered we were surprised to find she was a girl. I remember people asking me if I was disappointed or depressed or even angry about my daughters gender. And then when she was 2 weeks old she started crying and screaming with no reason as to why. I spent my weeks just walking around the house with her and holding her, walking over 10,000 steps a day around my living room. And so, I would hear from others that she’s a difficult baby, and how they didn’t know how I was handling her with so much patience, and bothersome it must be.my favorite was “ I can’t imagine having a baby that fussy” However in my mind all I could think about was how blessed we were that God chose us to be her parents. How much he must loves us to have blessed us with her. But in our world kids are meant to be seen not heard. We are told that children must not be difficult or loud. Or do anything that could inconvenience others. If they aren’t they become bothersome .

YES 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 please do more of these! One thing I am trying to unlearn is people pleasing. (I struggle with this regarding my mom.) and I was literally just reminding myself the other day that we do not live to please other people, we live to please God. We have some major division in our family. My mom absolutely despises my dad (they divorced when I was 8). But I recently realized that I have been canceling out my dad for the last 20 years in fear of upsetting my mom. (She’s not close to my other siblings because they have a close relationship with my dad.) so people pleasing, or I guess “Mother pleasing” is what I am trying to unlearn.

I needed this!!!! Growing up my parents always told us , their marriage came before us kids. My mom drilled it in our heads that my dad came first no matter what. The problem was we were abused, I was abused by him but my mom continued to stay for yearsss!!! So when I got married and had kids the saying “our marriage comes first” always was something I hated hearing because of what I seen in my childhood. How could a mother choose a man who is abusive over their own children? How could a mother not protect her kids because “her husband comes first”?… This is something I struggled with. It wasn’t till this last year I had to really re-learn that meaning and how to live by it truthfully. The way my parents did it was wrong but that doesn’t mean it has to be wrong for me. I have the ability to live life correctly and purely. I have the ability to plant precious seeds for my kids to that when they are grown and married they can see what that saying truly means. They can love their spouse BUT also have an unconditional love for their kids!! Thank you for this video!! I truly take all your wise words🤍

Love this! I agree with everything. So much wisdom from you. Me and my husband just had a second child and it’s been challenging, but we try to read Bible together and pray together and have little dates here and there. And yes, the world is teaching the contrary to what God is teaching us. Milena God bless you and your family❤

Yes please do more videos. I’m currently learning that my children are not a burden. I became pregnant unexpectedly last year and it shifted my heart to be resentful and just full of anger. That I was losing myself, my dreams, my aspirations. The lord had to break that down and tear it apart from me. It’s a struggle. I’m still learning.

This simple life changes have truly altered and grown our faith in Yeshua more than ever! Just wanted to share 🥰 Bless you sis!! 💗

Just read this after watching this!!♥️ Colossians 1:19 See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ. We need to walk in HIM, not the world. Such a great reminder, thank you Milena. ♥️

Love this and would love to see it become a series as you’re constantly growing in unlearning. I want to point out one thing I’m unlearning would be that God wants us to be great connectors. We need connection in our lives and for so many years I became content with being alone. I rocked the saying “I don’t need friends, I hate ppl” YUCK! I dont know how I got to that point but I’ve recently become convicted of this. We moved in November and I didn’t really have any urgency finding a new church and was just wanting to stay home and watch online but we need community and connection. The worst thing for a person is solidarity but I was so content with that. Social media really solidified that for me like why would i call or meet up with ppl when i can just like their IG posts…. Bleh no! So I’m in the process of re-learning how to connect with ppl again and build community and I’m enjoying the process.

The being called to be a good wife regardless if your husband is being a good husband really spoke to me. The worst advice I bought into was that if he was being an absent husband then I need to stop doing the wifely things like cooking dinner, doing his laundry, etc. It was a slippery slope from there in terms of how rocky my marriage got since neither of us were tending to it. I would love to hear both you and your husband deeper thoughts on the topics of marriage and children ❤

I really really appreciate your point of view of kids being blessings, not burdens! I don’t have kids yet but I feel like the idea that kids are burdens has been ingrained in me since I was so young and ever since becoming a Christian, I have felt how wrong that is. I can’t imagine the way they will change my life but I pray I never see them in such a negative way like the world does 🙏🏽

This was definitely encouraging. Actually all your videos have been so encouraging to me. God just recently bought your videos to me and I been watching them all for the past week and I can not explain how much they have been such a blessing to me. I make 3 years living for Christ this October and I feel like your videos are not only convicting me in areas God wants me to get better in but also they are Gods conformation telling me He is proud of me in a lot of areas. All Glory to the Lord none to myself but it’s such a beautiful feeling to know the Lord has truly changed me and continues to change me only for one purpose and that’s to truly be like Him. So yea I know Jesus has bought your videos to me to speak to me through you so I thank you so much for your obedience to the Lord and sharing your walk with Him and being so transparent and gentle and firm with love. I found myself thinking “I wanna be like her” and the Spirit brought Paul to remembrance when he said ” imitate me for I also imitate Christ” and that’s what it is. I don’t want to be like you, I want to be like Jesus and I truly see Him in you. So again I will give honor where honor is do and tell you thank u my sister keep it up and keep standing firm. I pray the Lord continue to bless you with wisdom and covering over you and your family. Stay blessed 🩷
