Critique of Israel is not anti-semitism. Critique of an African country is not racist. Critique of Saudi Arabia is not Islamophobia. Critique of any government of any country is not equal to hating or discriminating the people or ethnicities of that country.

I just don't agree with the stupidity of that claim and I'm not going to be restrained in my critique of Israeli war policy and the Israeli government because of a bogus definition of antisemitism. So you can continue to refer to the absurd definition of antisemitism you adhere to, but that's solely you're problem. Israel is just like every other country in the world and it can be criticized and criticising it is like criticising Saudi Arabia or Sweden or any other country in the world. Why are we even discussing this? Countries, governments and government policies are always eligible for critique. One could even argue that's the best way to improve and advance goverments, countries and nations. In that spirit critique of Israel could even be seen as pro-semitism.

Channels like this, or PressTV, TYT, RT news, usually don't have a counter point person. And if they do they bring on such an idiot that the outcome is obvious. Tucker Carlson sometimes resorts to having idiots on to display other points but at least the other networks allow the other point to be said. If this other outlets are so sure of there point being right. Why are they so afraid of having a true debate on the air?

I applaud Oman for her courage. It should indeed be alright to criticize the policies of Israel and not be labelled an anti-semite for doing so. And as Gideon Levy states, it is propaganda to conflate the two. They are not the same thing, and Israel as a country should be willing to hear criticism from its strongest supporter without getting paranoid.

Ask yourself this question America. Do you believe any U.S. political group would be allowed to influence members of the Israeli Knesset to vote contrary to its self interest? Furthermore, no foreign media coverage that attempts to sway the opinion of the Israeli people against any member of its government would be tolerated.

As an Israeli Jew who loves his country, I think that everyone should have the ability to criticize Israel because that's how freedom of speech works.

I don't see how it is equitable to allow horrible things to be said about whites, while every other race is a "protected" class. Two wrongs don't make it right. So called "white privilege" is what exactly? Going to college having debt for life afterward, paying taxes to allow others the opportunity to hold Federal tax exempt jobs or not even work at all, and not being able to celebrate their heritage (like honoring Confederate Americans) because it is racist? If you think white privilege is so great, I wish you could trade places. Maybe you will find that it is a curse...

It's saddening to see the Shiny City of Democracy on the hill defend Isreal's ethinic cleansing of Palestinians because they're Muslims and to pay for it as a foothold in the middle east, as we are with the Saudi's despite their humanitarian issues against the ordinary Citizens of Yamin.

This goes back further than WW I, but just taking the Balfour Declaration to make a Homeland of the Jewish people in Palestine was the promise Britain gave in regard to get America into the war as Britain was ready to surrender in 1916. But there was also 50 millions Indians in India that were starved to death in 1914 to get one million starving Indian men into the British Army. All the rice in India was bought up and shipped out of India. Why wasn't it shipped back in? How were American rice farmers unable to sell one grain of rice for three years as they were told "nobody wants rice any more?" So American rice farmers walked away from their profitable rice farms and guess who got them free? The Rothschild family. There is the connection and the real problem.
