You need to purchase a large canvas bag with plastic hangers like we used when I worked for the electric company. It clips into the bag's reinforced holes and onto the round top rung of your portable scaffold. Then it will hold a lot of tools and equipment making it much easier to access them rather than retrieving them from the floor.

I've been well pleased with the solar outdoor light I added to an area I didn't have power to at the time, its listed on amazon as GLORIOUS-LITE Solar Security Lights 2400mAh LED Motion Sensor Light Outdoor, Rechargable. It puts out a good amount of light and the sensitivity is around rabbit sized objects (its on my garden so that works). For powered lights, I have LEPOWER LED Security Lights Motion Sensor Light Outdoor, 38W 4200LM Light, they put out a TON of light and cover a huge area with a lot of adjustability.
