personalpowerproject.com/septic-genie - I just added this page to my website for a little more information. My Septic Genie system is still working like new so I am as happy about this as I can be! Now check out my water filter installation here - personalpowerproject.com/water-filters

What I'd like to know is if your sludge pile at the bottom of the tank grows faster with the septic genie. I certainly hope so, or it means that more waste is making it out to the weeping bed. What doesn't get pumped out as sludge will end up somewhere else where it can't be pumped. I'm thinking a more moderate air flow that starts well above the bottom of the tank to give room for unagitated settling of solids and little to no aeration during the day, but only at night with a couple of hours settling time before day time use. I might do this at my place which has a weeping bed in clay.

Sorry for taking so long to reply. I just add a tablet more often like 2 to 4 times a year and it clears up all the sludge. No pumping needed and my drywell is working like brand new!

Isn't it a combination of oxygen and bacteria? Most internet comments only talk about the bubbles and they are good. But it is what the oxygen is helping the good bacteria in the septic tank to do. It helps to create bacteria that are oxygenated and can then move from the septic tank to the drain field and eat up the sludge and biomat. They aren't displacement of sludge, rather it is eaten up by good bacteria. Just like bacteria in your gut if you have good gut floral it then breaks up the crap in your intestines and moves it on out into the drain field (toilet via your dump). I am waiting for my Septic Genie to arrive. I only wish my health department would better understand that it will take more time than the 30 days they are giving me for remediation. They want me to spend $9,000 on a new septic system. My new Septic Genie cost $1375.00 plus $146.00 shipping thanks to inflation. But that is cheaper than $9,000. Dan, I sure am glad you saved $50,000 wow that is outrageous.

You are correct! It's a combination of oxygen and bacteria. Whenever I get an excess of sludge I just put in another tablet and it clears the sludge right up! We use bidet toilet seats and we never put any paper products down the toilet so our septic tank and drywell are always running perfectly, just like new! personalpowerproject.com/septic-genie

This homeowner clearly doesn't understand how Aeration Treatment Equipment works, because Aerating Wastewater or Effluent in a Septic Tank agitates the water, which prevents proper separation or settling of the solids. Think about it, the Septic Tank is supposed to collect and contain the solid waste, which is why you pump out tanks every few years. In any case, pumping air into a Septic Tank and stirring up the Wastewater or Effluent, defeats the purpose of a Septic Tank. Aeration Treatment Units (ATU) should be installed in a secondary tank or a Septic Tank with multiple compartments or chambers, which is typically incorporated into the design of the system. In other words, retrofitting an old single compartment Septic Tank with Aeration Treatment Equipment is not a good idea. Again, I only recommend it if a Second Tank or Auxiliary Tank is installed for the purposes of adding an air pump to an existing system. To be clear, I'm a fan of this technology when the system is designed for it, but I can tell you from experience, Aeration Treatment Units, which are also known as Aerobic Bacterial Generators (ABG) do work, but are very often cost prohibitive, and require ongoing maintenance or service calls, which aren't free!

www.septicgenie.com/ - WORKS PERFECT - Contact them so you gain a little more education. As per my videos it shows multiple chambers which I also explained. It saved me $50k, I am happy with the product, and it eliminated my need for getting a PHD on processing shit ! 😎

@@DanRingwald Well, you might be interested to know that I've been in the Septic & Sewer Industry for over 20 years. I'm a Licensed Septic Professional in the State of New Hampshire, and as I noted in my remarks, I'm very familiar with how this technology works, and I'm sold on the science behind it. However, in many situations, retrofitting an existing on-site system with an ATU or ABG, is cost prohibitive. Especially, when you compare it to the cost to design and install a new system, which in my state of New Hampshire, is usually around 20 thousand dollars. By the way, the average 3 Bedroom Gravity System is typically even less money... averages 15 thousand dollars. So, unless you're a homeowner with a very small yard, like a waterfront lot, spending the additional money for a system that's designed for an Aeraration Treatment Unit or "air pump" usually doesn't make good financial sense. To be clear, we use Clean Solution Systems for lots of undersized waterfront lots, because this technology allows a dramatic reduction in the size of the Leaching Field. That being said, the problem for many homeowners is the cost, which is typically more than 30 thousand dollars.

@@craigwillson5974 as mentioned www.septicgenie.com/ - it WORKS - and only cost me about $1,000 so if you are implying that what I have done is impossible for $1,000 or what I am saying is not true then you will just have to live in your world of disbelief. What I say to everyone is "If life is just an illusion then go create a good one that works for you!" Then again, because of what your are saying, and it appears to be "Your Career", the last thing you would want is the world to have a $1,000 solution. That would be like watching your stocks in VSH and Betamax dwindle away. I wouldn't worry too much as we are now in a world where everything is just fake news and those that need septic tanks aren't paying attention and wouldn't believe this anyway. Relax and enjoy your ride!

@@DanRingwald Dan this is a great response. These "septic professionals" are generally looking to make money and discourage solutions that bypass them. A ground mount here in California can cost upwards of $30k. I am getting ready to try this myself and just placed the order. Thanks for the video. Its $1k, if it works it works. Any new updates?

@@brandonbehringer3234 just be patient. It took mine almost a year and a half before I was blown away at the success. I now put 4 tablets a year at $50 per tablet every 3 months 1 tablet. You will know when you need one as it will begin to smell. Small price to pay! Enjoy being at the creation of your life rather than being at the effect!
