Hello friends! Welcome back!
Heat 2 tbsp in a kettle. vegetable oil.
Minced meat - 500g / 1.1lb
Shred with a spatula and fry over medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
Today we are preparing a very simple and satisfying recipe for pasta with meat.
This recipe was shared with me by a neighbor with lots of kids who doesn't have time to spend much time tinkering around in the kitchen.
In the meantime, chop the onion - 1 piece.
Fry onion and minced meat for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Chop 2-3 cloves of garlic using any method.
Italian herbs 1.5 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
pepper to taste.
Fry over medium heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 can (190g) sun-dried tomato pesto.
Or you can just use sun-dried tomatoes.
Fry over medium heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Meat broth (chicken) - 600 ml.
Noodles - 400g / 14.1oz.
Spinach - 250g
Mix well.
Cream 20% - 400 ml.
Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare garlic bread - 2 slices
Soft butter - 5-10 g
Sprinkle generously with garlic powder - 2 tsp.
Place in the preheated oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes.
