Hi everyone! Today I present to you a delicious recipe, rich in flavor and vitamins! Broccoli and cauliflower casserole is perfect for lunch or dinner. - 500 g (1 lb) of broccoli
- 500 g (1 lb) of cauliflower
- 1 leek
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 150 g (6 oz) of flour
- 1.5 cup of milk
- Parsley
- Cheese to taste
- Salt and pepper

Certo, ma attenzione la mozzarella fa molta acqua quindi magari serve cuocere più tempo.
