2 cans of tuna
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
Green onion
1 can of corn

2 tbsp Olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves
Handful of parsley
4 ounces / 200g spaghetti
2 cans canned tuna
1/2 cup / 120ml White wine (Optional)
Season with salt and black pepper

Disfruté cada receta si a ese ritmo.en ese tiempo que te tomaste para ada alimento. El sonido de los cortes, el chisporreo en la sartén al freír. El mensaje que me transmitió fue: disfruta del acto de cocinar. Que no te importe el que sea lento. Es más me interesa que sea lento, ¿cuál es la necesidad de hacerlo a la velocidad del rayo? Cada persona encontrará el canal o el espacio que le agrade, no por alguna crítica tengas que cambiar tu ritmo. Las tomas son tan bien cuidadas....gracias por compartir las recetas y todo lo demás. Np. oregano, listek laurowy, pieprz, curry, etc. Lekko podgotowane przed wrzuceniem makaronu ubogacają jego smak. Wybacz ciągłe uwagi, ale wśód znajomych są miłym zaskoczeniem. Popróbuj😉!!! Ściskam zawsze życzliwie i na pewno przyjaźnie, z podobnymi 😘😘😘😘😘😘... po cudownych dłoniach. Pozdrawiam zawsze przyjaźnie Ciebie, Twoich bliskich, a szczególnie dzieci z tła😃😃😃... !!!!

I have learned some really good recipes on this channel. But I find the videos themselves nearly painful to watch. Thank goodness KZread allows time me to speed it up to twice the normal speed. I really wish they would allow three times speed but, great recipes!

Макароны с тунцом, морковью и огурцами - это, конечно, шедевр, особенно с кукурузой. Кому надо прочистить организм - самое то. Предлагаю вместо майонеза залить это все кефиром для наибольшего эффекта.
