Cooking recipe and ingredients:
280 ml of warm milk.
60 g of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Mix.
2 eggs.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
30 g melted butter.
Mixing.
Sift 450 g of wheat flour.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
Mix everything together.
Add another 200 g of wheat flour.
Mix the dough with your hands.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Form a ball.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 45-50 minutes.
The dough rose well. It looks like a cloud.
Knead the dough.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 16 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough to the size of a dessert plate.
Roll out the second dough to the same size.
Add 1 teaspoon of boiled condensed milk.
Form a roll.
This is a very easy way.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Repeat with each piece of dough.
I'll show you again how to shape the bun.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mixing.
Brush them with egg mixture.
They are so delicious that you can cook them every day.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 20-25 minutes.
All is ready.
Let them cool completely.

Смотрю одновременно и рецепт и читаю титры,язык похож на польский ,не смотря на латиницу-практически все понятно. А подобные булочки пробовала и в Праге,и в Варшаве, обязательно попробую испечь,благодарю за рецепт❤
