It's so delicious that I make it almost every weekend! Everyone loves this recipe!
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
4 egg yolks
60g condensed milk
10 g vanilla sugar, 60 g sugar
30 g corn starch
Stir until everything is smooth
350 ml milk
Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture has thickened
Cover with cling film and let cool
4 egg yolks
50 g sugar, pinch of salt
60 ml milk, 50 g vegetable oil
4 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vinegar, pinch of salt
Beat until frothy
60g sugar. Add gradually in small portions
Beat the egg whites
100g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Knead everything into a smooth dough
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites
Baking dish 22*27 cm
Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 20-25 minutes
Let cool down
15 g gelatin + 30-40 ml cold water
Align the edge of the sponge cake
Stir the cooled vanilla pudding well
Melt the swollen gelatine
Beat well
Assemble the cake
120g dark chocolate
120 g warm cream (33-36%)
Stir until the mixture is smooth
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
