I've watched all of Bryce's videos and this is by far one of my favorites. It's only 20ft long and he has a large kitchen, large bathroom, the cutest doggy space, a bedroom you can stand up in, a lounging area, fantastic view, and a great outdoor deck. What more do you need in life? And his artwork is amazing. So happy for him.

I agree. It seems a lot bigger than it is and is very cleverly designed + has lots of personality!

It’s always shocking to me to see the house from the outside and think “ I don’t know…this one looks really small,” and then you show the inside and I am blown away by how spacious it seems! The use of windows definitely helps, but it is still amazing at how much they fit into such a small space without it feeling crowded! Love it!

He keeps saying "Feels big". Once you put your belongings inside it's not going to feel or look big anymore. It's going to be crowded and cramped.

He did a great job designing this home. The view is incredible! Nice to be close to family but have your own beautiful world. He is very talented. His dog hit the jackpot getting to share with its own great area!!!

I've been watching the tiny house movement for some years now, and this is one of the best houses I've seen. Very inspiring.

I can't believe how much I like this. Its so bright, so many plants, the net bed is cute, not me though, great artwork, what a happy, joyous little abode. Its so far from the plain , minimalistic, and white that I prefer but it does make my heart sing.

His artistry shows everywhere on his tiny house. I love the design! The plants, the functionality, and the beauty. Great job!

Ok I'm in love with the kitchen space. The built in dog house is really smart and an easy clean up. 😊❤

You can really tell what a responsible and loving brother he is :) He has a job and has completely built space for himself without disturbing the sister's family but at the same time helping them out as well. Kudos to the sis for trusting him. I am glad they have such a good bond. it's a beautiful lil space. Absolutely in love with the ideas, the plants and the artwork

I always appreciate the sincerity of passionate people, especially when they show true love and adoration for their animals. So loved the wee doggy space! That is the size of a kitchen I would want. Everything is close by with plenty of room to work. No need to waste floor space. I love his artistry - very colorful! He is quite good at what he does!

Your right! I’ve lived with lots of small kitchens and some bigger ones but few are that well designed!

It’s like the wardrobe in Narnia: small on the outside, massive amount of room on the inside. Brilliant build/decor/art!

This is, beyond doubt, 100 %, no questions asked, hand on my heart, THE best tiny house I have EVER seen! The contrast between visually stimulating Art and quiet wall space is perfectly balanced, with beautiful plants softening the space. A wonderful layout that is functional, yet gorgeous, with carefully considered window placement. It is a restful, heartwarming, vibrant, stimulating and amazing space ❤️ Thank you for this tour 🤗

I've been obsessed with this GORGEOUS home since I first saw it on the builder's website years ago. I'm a super fan of Build Tiny's incomparably innovative and beautiful designs, and now I know why this one was extra special! Congratulations, Cam, on your artistry, vision, and truly exquisite home! 🤩❤

Having a son who is 23, it’s so inspiring to see people in their 20s owning their own homes🤩

If you're the kind of person who can chill in your room all day, tiny house living is for you. I never needed large spaces. As long as I have a bed, and internet connection Im good.

WOW, that was truly challenging getting the house around his sister's home and down the grade into its final landing. As tiny homes are becoming more accepted here in Canada, I expect that there will be more and more such solutions in our cities - a small dwelling located in the back garden of an existing home. This meets the thinking about "infilling" existing neighbourhoods without building up - as happens when introducing high-rises into places where there were only one and two story builds. As soon as the two of you entered the house and we saw all the mature plants, it was obvious that this was a place where he had lived for some time. It's nice to see someone who has gotten past the initial stage of living in a small space. The impact of all the artwork makes this lovely little home even more individualistic than is the norm for many tiny houses, and I especially love the fact that the TV is so well hidden in plain sight. This has to be one of the most successful at using the framed smart TV this way that I have seen. Thanks Bryce and Rasa for bringing us another wonderfully designed example of what can be done, and done so beautifully.

Love this house! It really is a great example of achieving financial freedom through not being tied down to a huge mortgage. I like the extras he went for too, matching the window frames with the frame of the building wouldn't have been the cheapest option but it definitely enhances the overall look. Well done!

very smart layout/floor plan with a large kitchen/living room/bathroom. The layout of the kitchen makes this tiny home appear larger then the galley style kitchen lots of tiny homes implement. ps What dog would not love this little doggy bedroom & doggy door entry right into the most important room in the house the KITCHEN. LOL 🐾🦴🥩🍗🥓🍔😂💙

I was so enthralled by the whole thing, but when I saw the jellyfish mural in the bathroom I lost it. I love Jellyfish! What a divine space, the owner's creativity and personality is shinning through. I would love to live in a space like this

Cam, your home is gorgeous... you created what you wanted in a tiny space within your sister's yard... Your deck is absolutely beautiful... love your dog 🐕 ❤️....you have lots of room with plenty of storage. Your bathroom is big and not cramped... storage in the hallway is always a plus. Your hammock looks so comfy, nice place for the plants to grow . Your kitchen is beautiful, and your refrigerator is definitely well hidden like it. Your t.v artwork is beautiful.. lots of luck.. was that a fox blanket on your ladder .. your bedroom is very nice so comfy looking.. Be Safe Be Blessed.. I love Ken's artistically designed home with touches of his art throughout the interior. His dog has a great little dog retreat too, and the painted mural adds height as well as creates a wonderful feature too that can be viewed from outside as well as inside. Finally his plants add just the right touch. It's all very well done! Jenny

I am constantly amazed at the creativity of human beings when I watch tiny house videos! Cam's house packs so much so beautifully into quite a small space! That kitchen is fantastic (though as someone who doesn't like dishwashers I'd definitely need a larger sink - lol). I love how he has made efficient use of the space by how he accesses the hammock area and the bedroom. But I have to say that the colours in that gorgeous mural, and all those plants, really bring it all together with such warmth and coziness. And who can resist that amazing doggie space? This home is definitely a 10 in my opinion!

It makes a lot more sense to me to have a round sink. All of our pots and pans, dishes and cups are round. lol Great design on this tiny home. I'm very impressed!

It sounds like your house was awesome! I'd love to live in a house that looks like a jungle. Unfortunately, I travel so much that it's tricky to keep things growing well.

'SMALL IS MORE' that is what this tiny house truly brings me to think...Every section/corner needs to be touched/used and worked out to be this beautiful house. Even from his t-shirts design I love the attention to details.🤩

🏠 Cam is a lucky man to be able to park the house in his sister's backyard. What an amazing view from the top bedroom with many great features. I love my the hammock area, too.

i love this channel and the idea of tiny houses everywhere. one thing that does concern me is that tiny houses do not seem safe for elderly. as you get older you shy away from using stairs due to fall hazards... which is why elderly tend to feel safer in single story homes without staircases. a lot of elderly stop using the second floor of their house altogether when they reach a certain physical milestone. i have yet to see this addressed in any tiny house so far. It would be completely unrealistic for someone over 68-70 to climb into their bed space like this sprite 20 something young person.

I saw a one story tiny built for a disabled elder which did address that issue - I wish I could remember which YT channel I saw it on. But I have been watching tinies for about three years now, so the name of that channel completely eludes me at the present moment.

I wish they would showcase more accessible tiny houses on this channel. As far as I know they've only done the one mentioned above. It was great but as a person with some mobility issues, I'd love to see more like it
