@@user-hq6cw8ns6x 이 채널 구독자 거의 없을 때부터 보고 있는데요. 용접강사분들이나 짬만 차고 실력은 객관적으로 딸리는 그런분들이 질투심으로 악플 달기 시작하면서부터 녹음을 따로 안하시는거 같네요. 딱 이분 말이죠. 원댓글 어느정도 공감합니다. 오디오가 라디오 역할도 해서 재미가 있었는데 비니까 아쉽긴 합니다. 전처럼 녹음 들어간 영상도 또 볼 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

На нержавейке другие цвета побежалости и сваривать сложнее чем титан. Работал в семидесятых в Норильске на участке титанового оборудования в цехе электролиза никеля. Кислотные ванны, аноды из обогащённой никелевой руды, матрицы, электролиз. Поэтому всё оборудование из титана. Есть три визуальных определения качества титанового сварочного шва: Серебристый, блестящий (прикол в том что механически до такого блеска но отшлифовать из-за его пористости на молекулярном уровне и хоть он в два раза прочнее стали нож из него никудышний, острым не заточишь) Хуже шов с соломенным оттенком как на втором шве, признак недостаточного поддува, оно и не мудрено, ток за 200 ампер, следовательно быстрое движение горелки и увод сопла вперёд когда наплавленная зона не окончательно кристализовалась и откровенный брак титанового шва пепельный налёт. Действительно серый пепел как от сигареты. При ударе лопается как стекло с пористым как у чугуна разломом, причина сквозняк, отсутствие поддува противоположной стороны при толщинах более 3 миллиметра.

Quite right. They must all be touched out, even with a sander or burrer tool. They will fail NDT with good reason as they often have tiny crater cracks. Looking at this I very much doubt there's root penetration either. I'd love to macro etch it.

Gotta weld this, ill do it in two passes, this is first run. Continues to weld.. theres a piece i missed at the start, to make sure i didnt move my tack. It was undersized for this piece, though will give me a good start. This is pass two, looks very undersized. This is a job for stringers, build it up then let the customer receive the product. Looked like 12mm plate, an 8mm weld wont cut it. Just mig it, everyone can use a monkey gun. X

Roses are red, violets are blue. Your title's in english, your vid should be too!

be interesting to cut across those welds ,,, I personally wouldnt be happy with that job.

@@Sasquatch-ff1pj I dont think the profile is right , even with 100% root pen for the thickness of the plate and the size of the ring , and the gap in the end of one side is just a stress riser and the laywire may or may not have good root pen but it looks iffy I didnt say it was specifically the weld , just the job on the whole does not look right , bt there are sections of the weld that dont really float my boat ,,, if its only a demonstration of technique , grand but if its a job I hope someone else did the spec on it... hth.

В способе сварки на небольших участках,где не поедешь на керамике.Тут предлагается бОльшим амперметражом проехать с вольной руки ..

@@user-qi3fl2xc2q Не ясно для чего он, после прихватывания детали, проварил с одной стороны шов не полностью , а оставил часть не сваренной. Потом не раз указывал на это место ....
