FedEx is the most frustrating shipping company I’ve ever used. I will pay an extra $50 for shipping if it means I don’t have to deal with FedEx. They are terrible.

I think 2024 will be the year of electronics. We're going to see some new radios, escs, and motors. I think it'd be fun to keep track of them throughout the year.

You could also track what manufacturer drops the most stuff throughout the year and see who is more vested come next new years. Could it be Axial? Could it be fms?

I had 3 days to wait for pay day and the CR-18 pro evo sold out in less than 2🥲😅 Thank you for the weekly updates!

Without battery I would call it ARTR. Rtr is everything needed to run the vehicle. I have seen many variations of ARTR like no electronics, just steering servo or only missing battery and charger.

I really like the quality of MN rc models compared to WPL ones. Their plastics are better, things fit tighter, and the molding is consistent, so I can attest that the MN82 is a winner in my books.

Always nice to get the news. Thanks for being so upbeat and informative it really motivates us smaller creators to push along and continue to grow

The big 100 rtr has arrived. Not sure I spend 1500 on that truck... maybe if it was vanquish everything hahaha. I'll keep saving for a ripper 2 hahaha. I want the mercury chassis lc70... but... I'm in love with the chassis. I think I'd just prefer a brx02... As for the question. I think doing kits will be interesting. But you should add wheels/tires. How many kits, wheels, and tires are released in 2024. Or just kits... haha

MNRC has been around nearly as long as WPL. Many parts are interchangeable but MN has better quality

That MN82 is a slightly larger clone of the WPL 1/12th trucks. The chassis are similar but very little can transfer between them besides the bodies and some other parts. A step above toy grade but the bodies look pretty scale and be fun for indoors or just cheap tinkering.

Keeping track of RTRs and kits is nice. But how about keeping track of events as well, getting your viewerbase to provide information on anything local to them, and having a repository of that information that can be referenced?

Keep track of something that isn’t a truck/car. Like tires or bodies or something.

Traxxas released an "upgraded" line to a few of their trucks, like the XRT, with a $1500 price tag on it. They also discontinued the Rigid body UDR, and are supposedly going to release a new livery UDR soon.

KOH Ultra4 Racing IFS Titanium Tube Frame Rock Crawler looks incredible, but for the same reasons stated I would be cautious even if I had the money, just on reliability and long term viability..

It would be interesting to see how many companies re-brand or re-release previous models next year. Tamiya is famous for doing this, but with so many new releases this year, will 2024 be the year of "Re-Release"?

I called it in May. 100 rtr’s I don’t think next year will be similar, maybe lots of kits and parts. I would like some kind of prize possibly 😊

Track crawlers next year

I'd only buy the dragon slayer as a shelf queen to go with my other ultra 4 style rigs like the miller rig from rc4wd. Questionable parts support equals shelf queen imo.

You should count kits next year since those feel like they are becoming rare these days.

Number of new body releases for crawler

I would like to see kits VS RTR tracked. Basically track both, but see how one sided it is with RTRs. Like 100 RTRs but only 10 kits for the year. Something like that.
