My headcanon is that this is a earth 4 that had the same history as the mainline Arkham verse, but instead of The Ghost being referred to as such it was named the Nightmare Bat (two face thugs in Robin dlc refer to Nightmare Bat as The Ghost) and this is how SSKTJL is able to do everything

Haven't played it but from how the series has gone, my guess on how it ends is with Flashpoint, and I'm hoping the next Arkham game is with the earth where Bruce died instead of his father. Just my guess though

There was a batman beyond Arkham game that got cancelled before Gotham knights came out, if you google the coxept art the beyond suit looked great and old batman with a beard looked amazing, sad AF that it was cancelled for suicide squad

I would love to see an Arkham Origins sequel. Bringing in villains like Two Face, Clay Face, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, etc. It could act as an origin for Batman’s partnership with Robin and Barbara Gordon.

That makes the most sense, there's a 6-8 year time jump between origins and asylum, so there's alot to cover, I'd love for two origins sequels (asylum Prequels) and the very last scene of the last game should be batman bringing joker to the asylum

If they try to keep the Arkham Bruce Wayne going then I’m saying Roger Craig smith needs the mantle next. They could do so many more games leading up to Arkham Asylum and it would fit. Or I think they should make a game that doesn’t happen in one night.

I've always thought it would be amazing to see a game where red hood, after the ending of arkham knight, becomes the next, more lethal and over the top, vigilante of gotham. Exploring connections to the league of assassin's, court of owls, maybe new villains ecc

Honestly I just want proper red hood game(no rubber bullets). The why is pretty self explanatory. His character is badass, actually has some great story, and his way of doing things differentiates from batman. Any nightwing batgirl robin etc game is gonna feel extremely similar and a downgrade

A new Arkham game can still happen if it takes place during Batman's younger days with Roger Craig Smith reprising his role from Origins. The only problem is that I don't trust the "New Rocksteady" to make a good Arkham game.

Although it would be awesome to get a game after the events of Arkham Knight/SSKTJL. I think it would actually be really cool if we could get go backward in time and do a sequel to Arkham Origins. All the voice actors for that game are still around and wouldn't infringe on Conroy's Batman. A sequel to Origins featuring Court of Owls or something like that would be absolutely awesome.

4:11 just make another arkham origins prequel game if theyre gonna do that, problem solved.

A Batman Beyond game would go so unbelievably hard, if done right! Give us all the red and black, the style. Wouldn't be mad if they tried blending the animation style from the show in a bit, to give it a unique style to set it apart. I just want games to stop feeling like quick cash grabs and start feeling like the ppl behind these games actually care about the project they are crafting, again.

Hopefully they are doing this to make good stories and good games and not just for money

I would love to see a batman beyond game focusing on Terry as the new batman like in the animated series batman beyond as well. It will be a awesome i would love to see Terry in this universe its about time we see a new batman and see the futuristic justice league like in the tv show and make a justice league game that is base off the new members of generation.

The Batman, the reboot of Matt Reeves in Arkham games with creepy ambience, very violent fighting and detectives phases can be great ! The final fight against the Riddler gang can make intense action scene with the inondation of Gotham in background ! Can't wait ! ❤

To be honest i want a new daredevil or punisher game..but for dc..i want a live action adaptation of Arkham series...a superman game and a deathstroke game with Arkham style gameplay..

I bought suicide squad yesterday morning and have been hooked ever since, I'm personally a boomer main, and the game is honestly so fun, I love hearing Arkham knights name mentioned outside of his main game, having Kevin's voice taunt us and lead braniacs army through the game is terrifying. Im worried peoples hate just because of what universe its in will cause this amazing game to be shut down before it begins. I need at least a few more villains on my squad line up 😢

So I'm guessing There would be DCU Game Universe which involve Rocksteady, just like MCU Phase 1 Game (Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor: God of Thubder, Captain America: Super Soldier) that was the work of Sega and MCU.

They can make another arkham game, but they gotta explain batman surving gettin shot even though his mask is bullets proof, and they can still voice batman, but use some type of edit to make it sound like conroys voice..some ppl dont think of stuff like that

They just need to reboot the arkham verse into a separate timeline that deletes kill the justice league.

This was not the send-off that Kevin Conroy deserved. Dude deserved WAY better than he got!

Batman Arkham is done the moment Conroy left us, if they want to do an Arkham Origins sequel I’m all for it but Arkham Knight was barely passable and SS kills the JL wasn’t that good so I think that magic is gone.

Id much rather have a batman beyond franchise like the arkham series maybe even a continuation with the actor the plays terry and other actors that were on the show as well. This would possibly have to take place way after the death of bruce wayne so we wouldnt be reliving the cartoon, but we would be able to see terrys story unfold as a full time batman

I was going to say more telltale games but developers could get careless. Its a shame because everything from the art style,game features and the writing in batman telltale games were surprisingly addicting to me and this coming from someone whose been a fan of Arkham games since Arkham Asylum even Arkham Origins. For future games I think they should re use what they have in Arkham knight with completely different story also can I say poison ivy is drop dead ugly in Arkham knight. I had to say this because compared to her other design in previous games this poison ivy looks like a zombie.

Idk how they're gonna continue this saga with the Suicide Squad leaks...WB has forever lost my business. Didn't buy Gotham Knights because I had a strong feeling that it was going to be trash-and I was right. I have the same felling about Suicide Squad and the leaks confirmed my feelings.

It'd be cool if they did it after the knightfall protocol but something happens where he has to come out of retirement and all of the bat family is playable

Sure it’s been 8 years since Arkham knight and I loved the game however I’m sure rocksteady have more then enough developers to work on the justice league game and either a proper sequel to Arkham knight or a sequel to Arkham origins I mean there’s no reason not to I think the Arkham origins sequel should take place before the events of Arkham asylum with the ending showing Batman driving off to capture the joker hence setting the events of Arkham asylum In motion. Just a thought and for Arkham knight that sequel should focus on the aftermath of Bruce supposed death

I honestly think Rocksteady doing what they did with Batman with the Arkham Trilogy but with Superman might be a good call on Rocksteady's part, especially if they lean towards the DCAU as inspiration, since it worked well for Batman and could work even greater for the Man of Steel since he was significantly nerfed, less powers but still a swiss army knife with what he has and more weaknesses on top of the usual, being electricity and being unable to breathe underwater or in space, making this version perfect for a narrative like a video game and having that scale and progression like the Batman Arkham Trilogy where you go from a large building/facility, to part of a city, to an entire city. It's smarter for any company making a game project to start small and work your way up, especially for something different. Not to mention WB betting hard on New 52 DC Comics for their DC Comics brand hasn't payed off as good as WB would've hoped and I think it could be possible for the upper brass to be convinced on taking on this new and different take of the Blue Boy Scout. Plus most Superman games suck anyways because they betted hard on this version of Superman where if they didn't, we could've had dozens of good Superman games by now.
