I think the reason there are no new face models on the Arkham knight skins is because he takes his cowl off at various points in the game and they probably didn’t want to animate a handful of different models for a few specific moments in a game. As for origins… I have no clue

For the batman returns suit and the entire face sculpture just being the normal basic face. This was because in alot of scenes Batman takes off the mask and it just would transition well if they used diffrent face and head scultpures so they were forced to keep the basic one on all suits. That's also the reason we no longer got any animated tv show or movie suits.

Hey Donk, me again. Update: As Austin said below, Dick created it originally, but it was passed onto "someone else" - Someone stole the suit that is revealed to be Jason Todd. Red X was a varient of Jason Todd. It was tricky back in the day, DC had this "embargo" - Don't ask me what this is, because its baffling more then you probably think. Its basiclly where they were restricted from putting characters in like here's an example they could have Robin in Teen Titans, but not in THE BATMAN in 2004, even though he appeared later. Red X like I said is Jason Todd, its just a dimmed down version of him, to fit the demeograph like you said, so not as violent.

Those embargoes that dc implements on their TV shows are beyond assenine. Look at Titans for further proof. It's okay when they show off not so famous characters like in the arrowverse but you can't have a world that clearly has a justice league and not show the justice league. Could be worse, at least it's not Sony bad

22:27 I think I have a few answers for this. In batman Arkham knight and origins most of the cutscenes are rendered in real time and use whatever batsuit you are wearing so to make batmans face animations consistent and so they wouldn't have to animate every single face individually they use the same Bruce Wayne face model. Arkham city uses more pre-rendered cutscenes that automatically switch you to the default suit meaning all other suits didn't need to emote or be as detailed as that one. It's also likely that they needed all Arkham Knight suits to have the same face because of how often the mask is removed so they wouldn't have to make an all new head models for new suits that still work and convey the performance of the default suit. It could also be that they wanted a consistent art style so they needed Bruce Wayne to always look like Bruce Wayne no matter what suit he was wearing. I know nothing about game design these are just assumptions for all i know it could have been just to save time.

The reason the faces were different in city and the default head in knight is bc city the had pre made cutscenes so it would show the default Batman suit but in knight you could wear any skin bc the cutscenes were made in game and they had all the same body type

Future State Batman is Tim Fox not Luke Fox. He is Luke’s brother but appeared long before him in the comics (even replacing a member of the Terrible Trio at one point) however Tim’s character was eventually forgotten. In Future State Tim makes a point for people to call him Jace Fox not Tim Fox

Nope, it was good, the graphics are good, the frame is good, and you can play as one of the 4 heroes, Nightwing, batgirl, robin and red hood, and you craft suits, melee weapons and ranged weapons with every material you need, and you need blueprints to do that, and you can customise your suit style, and you can even apply a suit transmog.

Heavily agree on your take with Red Hood. He was better as villain, a representation of what can go wrong as Bruce's sidekick. They low-key throw away all the meaning behind it when he comes back as the troublemaker of the family. I don't get it.

23:04 It’s not that the developers didn’t care, it’s just Batman took his mask off multiple times throughout the story. Bruce Wayne’s face was shown multiple times and molded perfectly for each suit. It would’ve been too much to make multiple Bruce Wayne faces depending on which suit you picked. Also, Hush had the default Bruce Wayne face so it wouldn’t have made sense if Bruce unmasked and he had a different face right in front of Tommy.

Any chance we can get some secret identity skins? I really wish the 240% reward was a bruce wayne unmasked skin, or at least a less cool suit than the black and gold suit, and I think a bruce wayne or an unmasked skin would’ve been a better choice for a suit you can’t really use during the story

I'm glad I'm not the only person that feels this. That's what makes Under the Red Hood such a tragic movie bc there's that bad blood. Sure in the new 52 bats and Jason have a fairly emotional and sweet conclusion to that dynamic but that's how you end a movie, not a continuation of one yknow?

@@Donker_Dank Stuff for my own stories. I have to update my insta. But its the same handle. Stuff for animation/storyboarding. But yeah red hood in newer stories is why i hate extreme over abundance in the bat family. I prefer two to three members at max and only two working simultaneously and no robin’s at the same time. Aflred can hold his own cuz Alfred is a god tier especially when taking on superman. Considering what happens to so many of them through bruces crusade having an extremely small circle makes sense. Dont even get me started on the too many robins. But if jason doesn’t exist i prefer the tim drake/jason todd mix in the dini and timm verse. Barbra i go either way when it comes to oracle, eversince i found about oracle in arkham asylum I prefer oracle. Also dont even get me started on the gross relationship between her and bruce.

@@timefox4055 it will just make sure all the files in the game are good to go and replace any that need replacing. Usually people do this when somethings not workin

It's pretty safe. Nexus mods always Scan for malware. But caution is always good

btw they added a new under the red hood which is very accurate

The only view batman skins I would want bro is The Batman Design from Batman (2011) issue 40 from New 52 Run with Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. It's literally an Angel/Angelic Batman. That would be so dope. Also the White Lantern Batman Suit, or the Snow Batman Suit when he faced Mister Freeze from The Batman 2004 Cartoon

12:16, that is not the real gotham knights batsuit it's wrong the cowl is wrong. There is missing armor on the sholders, no belt and the boots are wrong as well and the gotham knights batsuit is one of my favorite batsuits
