I want to master three things through practice are : 1. Physical fitness ( by doing exercise / yoga everyday) 2. Mental fitness ( By doing self talk , meditation there by increasing my patience and tolerance) 3. Spiritual fitness (By watching swamiji's lecture and pravachan , doing sadhana )

Swamiji with the example of Mahakavi Kalidas, emphasizes the importance of 'Practice' to attain the goal. Kalidas was a gross fool earlier, but through his effort/endeavour/practice, and the grace of God, he achieved mastery over Sanskrit language, and became a great poet.
