We booked a private van/tour with Nomad Diaries Travel & Tours. It comes with around 4 to 5 tourist destinations in Kyoto and Nara and with a personal tour guide. They can pick you up from your hotel/airbnb from Osaka and back.
Total cost for 6 people was around 90,000 Yen or around 34358 in Pesos. So roughly around 6K per person.
