Agree not many 15 year old parents stick around/ get along with their baby mamas. My husband said he did it because he was rich and I had to remind him that Casey started out dirt poor.
Casey neistat your son has finally made it my friend. You gave him something you didn't get to have, and that is one of the definitive goals of a parent. The sadness is a something you use to keep yourself from thinking that you have done a good job, that is what makes you a humble man and a great father.

Got my heart all caught up in my throat with this. I don't have kids but I get extremely sentimental and nostalgic when it comes to my kid sister. She just moved into her freshman dorm the other day. I couldn't be there but I facetimed her that night and she gave me a tour of her dorm and was just gushing with excitement. Times passes by so quickly. I can't explain it but when I look at her, I still always see my little 11 year old sister. I'm an emotional mess now and I'll definitely be a mess when I have kids.
Casey's whole life is recorded... it's amazing, when he needs to remember something or share memories, he just have to show them, he doesn't even have to tell them... Truly amazing, that's why I love his content so much

I just discovered your channel and I honestly believe yours is THE MOST RELEVANT channel among individual vloggers here. I don't even watch much of YT but your videos are not just interesting but indeed relevant. And yes creative in terms of contents and also the tech side of them. By the way these videos about your son which also chronicled your relationship with him are really awesome. Very heartwarming. Two thumbs up to your channel ;o)
Casey, I am relatively new to your channel, but from what I've seen so far i love it! From the beautiful imagery to your amazing accompanying music choices... to me its just perfection. I respected you from about a minute into your first VLOG but after watching this episode that respect has raised immensely. You make me believe that anything is possible if you set your mind to it, you remind me to never give up and most of all you remind me to be myself and be proud of that. From the bottom of my heart.. thank you and much love, Matty. P.S. Hit me up when you come back to Sydney.
Casey you are stretching that snap back to it's limits

To be fair, if it took you nearly 10 seconds to move the cursor toward the video, I'd be a little worried.
Totally nailed being a dad. Unconditional love, acceptance and empowerment.
Yo Casey! You are literally my inspiration. It's just so awesome to see the kinds of things that you can create through your vlog. Can't wait to see more of it!
My parents are saying goodbye to me tomorrow as I leave for college for the first time. I have a feeling they're feeling about the same.

Yeah I started crying... And Idek why.. But as soon as I saw the younger videos and them laughing and having a good time man the tears were flowing...
Casey, this is beautiful! In my humble opinion one of your best vlogs so far... Please keep up with your ability to share real life events in such a sincere and genuine way, or at least telling the story to make it feel like it. Good luck on the new chapter for both of you!
Every now and then you just have one of those heavy hitting videos that breaks all the barriers of the internet and hit me emotionally as if I was experiencing everything with y'all. These videos are truly amazing.

"I'm sad, but at the same time I'm really happy that something could make me feel that sad. It's like, it makes me feel alive, you know? It makes me feel human. And the only way I could feel this sad now is if I felt somethin' really good before. So I have to take the bad with the good, so I guess what I'm feelin' is like a, beautiful sadness." -Butters, South Park

Really made me cry...you guys are so awesome together and it shows that you love each other. He's lucky to have you as a Dad and you are lucky to have him as a son...Don't wanna mess with your mind, but in 17 years you'll have to go through this again....
seeing this as a college student is so touching like it's such an emotional time for us but also so much so for the parent and seeing this side of it in a creative way that speaks to me is really emotional. cool video i love it
I know how you feel Casey, my son went to university 28 years ago, I'm 13 now, still feels as if it was just yesterday...

+Tom Hoyle got your point except that to consider Casey as a complete stranger to his subscribers is like saying that President Obama is a complete stranger to almost all Americans. Even if you don't personally knew someone, but you are well-acquainted with his life by his way of sharing his life thru daily vlogging, you can readily admit that he/she is not a "complete" stranger to you. one of the words synonymous with the term stranger is "unknown person". based on this, hundreds of thousands of Casey's subs will disagree with you.
every time there is a vlog or movie with Owens old videos I cry because you're so amazing
This is so freaking sad! I don't even have children but the fact that I see how close your relationship is to each other and how you did this amazing last trip before he starts his new path....just amazing !!!! 😭
