My Lab who's in heaven now would come in to wake me with ball in mouth she would put it down to get up in my face, where she would just breathe at me I would roll over and then she would drop the ball and go after it making noise and watching me and if by chance my hand was exposed to her she would put ball in my hand and keep doing it. She would stomp her front paws down and make a whimper and that would do it because I knew it was urgent she needed to go out. Miss her forever, now I have a cat she's judgmental and funny doesn't like other people.
