You can make applesauce with cinnamon and no sugar. Even if you don't go to all the trouble of processing the applesauce to store at room temperature, you can freeze it in smaller containers. You don't even need to peel the apples and this will give you more fiber to offset some of the sugar in the apples. You can also dehydrate apples in your oven. Dried apples will last a very long time. They can be eaten dried or reconstituted with boiling water.

Kimberly!!! 🍁☕🍵🍂 missed ya. for me, autumn means kdrama's and chai tea. i have been binging "a time called you" on Netflix. i can recommend if anyone liked kdrama and time travels and murder mystery and cute romance 😄 I walked in the woods yesterday, and a lot of leaves have turned yellow and red and i have to admit, it made me very happy 😍

Already love this video, I’m not far into it but I just want to comment that I also miss reading, and I think part of the reason I can’t so much anymore is my concentration and focus is lacking. I’m not sure why! I haven’t put in effort yet to try and see if I can read more but I want to. Edit: also wanted to add in that I wasn’t having a great morning, but watching this has helped put me in a better mood!

Oh the autumn trees!! I’m originally from the northern hemisphere, currently living in the southern. Having the seasons flipped is definitely strange. There’s flowers blooming and warmer days here. Thanks for sharing your autumnal joys and your lovely walk in nature. Very inspiring

I usually drink cardamom tea which we call Elaichi cha (elaichi=cardamom) (cha=tea) it’s so nice and much better than boring old basic teas. I can’t stop drinking it and it has a perfume like aroma. My mumma and sister buy boxes and boxes of the stuff and have a good supply. You should maybe try that one ma’am if you can find it in your country. Just add some sugar and (I think) milk and drink it, it’s nice Also, your vlogs are cosy and warm when you do home vlogs, like I dunno it kinda makes me comfort not outside where it’s hustle and bustle, I’m not usually comfortable around a lot of folks. Just at home snug with someone you love with some nice music in the background and curling up on the couch under a thick throw and a cup of something lime cardamom tea
