As of right now, we do not do trade-ins or service here unless you have a warranty item that requires us taking a look at. We do have some awesome shops in your area though. The closest Niner dealer looks to be MustAshville Bikes. Please made an XL size frame, the current sizing ends somewhere in the 175-180cm and then you are riding an BMX size

Hi Alex, thank you for the note. The "Red" color is called Hot Tamale. The "Black" color is called Fade to Black.

Thank you for the message. It was definitely unclear in the video. The bike was released in '21 but internally we have always considered it a MY22 bike. We shot the video last year and have simply not had the time to upload until now. But thank you for keeping us honest!
