With real life husband, father and work stuff I just don't have the time to sink the hundreds of hours into ff I want to. I love chilling out for a few minutes and watching your playthroughs. I still miss my teens I used to play 7, 8,9,10 and finally 12 in sequence over and over. I now play the 24 hour stream and listen to it till I fall asleep. Amazing content and thank you so much for all the playthroughs.

Ffx was the first ff I played when I was 11 years old. That game was amazing

I've said it before on other videos but I want to reiterate that you got a really good thing going with your "attack only" series. Your videos go way more in depth than others of the same type do. Your FFX attack only is like the blueprint. I feel like you could do what you did there with any game and any type of challenge (magic only, items only ect) and turn it into episodic long form videos. To be specific you go into detail on things that other creators gloss over. For example the recent FF8 ATB turn skipping mechanic that was basically unknown. I know it's a lot of work and I appreciate it. I look forward to new episdodes all the time and enjoy them when I wind down on a weekend evening. Good luck.

One of the greatest videogame playthroughs the internet has ever seen. I doubt it will ever be topped as far as FFX playthroughs go. Everything from story, lore, gameplay to optional content and other details etc. is perfect. I've watched it a few times at this point and as you said it helped me through some tough times

FF10 to me is the best title in the franchise. The story is excellent and gameplay scratches that traditional turn based style itch. At the time it was released it revolutionized gaming forever being the first FF title to have a full on voice cast. 10 years??? I can't believe the time flew by so fast. I remember watching it back in the day, and I've watched it several times over the years when I was in the mood to watch someone play it because I didn't have a way to play my copy. (I still have my original PS2 and game, but no CRT TV/tv with matching plugs) I enjoyed watching it over the years, and seeing some of the stuff I never accomplished in my own playthroughs.

My first pre-order ever was the deluxe ff-X HD. This game has such a special place in my heart.

I’m still watching the video but just wanted to say found the first video when I was sick with a cold. It made for a pleasant week or so off work. The playthrough you did is what I’ve come to call a “Master Run” and I wish it becomes a more common KZread video type.

I have no clue when I found your channel. I have been a KZread users for 18 years. The people on your channel are really cool. I am glad the community is so welcoming. I tend to go along time without checking in on the channel. I still look in from time to time.

I found the channel when "The Last of Us Game-Movie" popped up in my suggestions. It was done so well that of course I had to see what else the channel had. The X LP is what is keeping me a fan for life.

I dont know how many times I've watched this series. This game is special to many people for all kinds of reasons. I personally started watching the series way back when because I am I fan of the game. It's my number 2 Final Fantasy game, but not by much lol. Your knowledge and playstyle just clicked with me. I never get bored of watching the ffx videos. The big factor imo though is you can feel your passion for this game in your commentary. You are not just out here spitting game knowledge and guiding people thru this game, you are bringing the audience thru the experience of it.

The passion you have for this game is second to none. And for me, your Final Fantasy content brings me a great deal of peace. This series I’ve watched more than any other content on KZread/Netflix and sort of media, it’s always been a comfort watch. The reason why it's so good in my eyes is because you are extremely knowledgeable about the game, combined with an almost unrivaled passion for it. The feelings you had during certain scenes resonate with me and that's why it stuck out to me. And for me (this is not a critique) nothing on the channel rivals it to this day. I love it when a player is in control of the game, instead of the game being in control of the player. I don't get enjoyment seeing someone die 20 times at a certain boss or figuring out a mechanic in Shadow of the Colossus for like an hour while I am screaming at the screen: "You gotta do this man!" Thats more frustrating then anything for me. I think thats also why other playthroughs never really caught on to me on the channel.

This game brought me to your channel. Best move ever. You're a legend. I very much enjoy your videos. Finding someone who loves FF10 as much as me seemed impossible, but here we are. Congratulations on a decade. Looking forward to the next 10.

I discovered that playthrough this past summer and loved it and then watched the FF8 and FF9 playthroughs right after. They are all fantastic. I'm also glad I caught it when they were all completed because waiting for new episodes of them (like with your current stuff I see) is hard because I want it to keep going. Keep it up dude and please please PLEASE archive all of these videos on a drive somewhere if you haven't. Don't just rely on youtube to keep them safe for you.

FFX had already been my favourite game for a long time before I watched the playthrough (many years ago). but your series really helped to offer new perspective, and appreciate a lot of subtle things in the storytelling/gameplay. it elevated FFX even further for me, when I didn't think that was possible 😅 from time to time I come back to watch some, and I always find that it puts me in such a comfortable place mentally. Thank you Berk for creating such a complete and fulfilling playthrough, with thoughtful commentary which is hard to find elsewhere!

I first played X when I was about 4 or 5 back in 2001 (my family got me into gaming extremely young) and got stuck, I would try again over the years, eventually I would lose my original games and when the remaster came out I was delighted, and got it a few years after it did, but I knew I'd probably struggle so I looked up on youtube a playthrough I could reference and yours came up and I decided to play along with it. It felt like I was playing with a friend and it helped me through the playthrough and through a tough time in my life cuz I felt like I had someone there and got me more confidence in gaming. Thank you Berk! And please keep up the amazing work (but don't burn yourself out.)

We actually doin this right now? Love seeing the playthrough active in the stream and everybody connecting through it... great to see a community built around my first meaningful RPG as a kid. As a kid I was pretty into my own stuff going on, but I think seeing so many ppl love this game like I do and seeing other people decide to create a future with this game in mind made me appreciate others. Wow! I played FFX in it's release era. That's a long time and I haven't played it since..I loved the game, but never finished FFX2.( I will now) I had a book guide. 😆 I just started the remastered version on ps4 (got the X/X2 bundle) and decided to play side by side a KZread walk thru. Your channel came up first..I liked what I heard immediately and have played 2 nights in a row completing up to episode 10. Great to see your 10 year celebration for this at this time. Thank you.
