Maybe… I’ve sold nearly all my designer bags too because I love my family more. Toddlers and designer things aren’t cohesive. Plus, the time and effort required to save, source and care for the items weren’t worth it to me. Time is not a renewable resource. I also didn’t want to ingrain materialism into my children. My son started saying he wanted to buy me Louis Vuitton’s to make me happy and it kinda broke my heart. Items don’t make you happy. We will always want more and never be satisfied… at least that’s how it was for me. Still adore LV, but really not worth it to me.

Not only that she is selling to the same people she wants to join her.🤔

IMHO, she's moving (most of) those items to another part of the house and then she'll rebrand as a minimalist. When she ultimately rebrands again she won't need to start from scratch.

I totally agree with you Monique! I’m not going on any journey with her ! lol I mean her video was hilarious! These people going from one extreme to the next! Niki has those bags in her closet ! I don’t believe she sold her bags. Bags are not investment. I wish people would understand that.

I started watching*preluxs* videos when I was in a really bad place with my panic disorder..

I enjoy KZread videos. Some provide information on handbags that are helpful in the decision making process. Some give fashion inspiration. But at the end of the day what I decide to do is my choice and I stand by it!

I agree with you. You are level headed. As for the lady you are talking about, none of it really makes sense. It sounds to me like someone who needs money so they sold their bags then came up with a story . That may not be the case with her but it doesn’t pass the smell test.

Niki made a lot of valid points it seems, I haven’t watched her video, I’m just going off what you said. Perhaps it wasn’t so much she said “join me” maybe she meant “if you want to join me here’s how to do it” I think this has struck a nerve with a lot of people 😅 at the end of the day it’s niki sky channel and her video she has every right to make. You’re wrong about luxury KZreadrs not saying their bags are “investments” I see them say it all the time

Hi, myself, went to her channel to watch these videos as I was intrigued, but I did not subscribe to her channel nor give her a like or dislike. I’m not really sure what her intentions are therefore, I don’t want to aid and abet her hyping up. I surely hope she didn’t get many subscribers due to this because honestly, she shows up in my for you page one day and suddenly she’s everywhere. Can you imagine if she gained millions of followers from this stunt and then has a coming of Jesus moment and re-purchases all her stuff back? I think that’s dramatic but surely, we should not be subbing to her channel until we know what’s really good.

5:10 Why is it that people feel insulted when you don't want something they want for themselves. I don't know her either but uf her saying "luxury products don't define me" offends you, I don't think that's her problem. It is more like your problem. Why can't people just be comfortable with their choices. Uf her decision makes you uncomfortable, then it just means that you are questioning yourself. It's between you and your conscious period. 5:36 Every video I have watched far of people responding to her are just people explaining themselves as if that was a personal attack on them😂.
