In this playlist it shows 24 but when I open it it shows 11 titles are hidden. Us that YT policies on display?

The remaining 11 videos in the season are not yet released. A new one is scheduled for every Friday.
I've tried to add this playlist as it says they're 24 songs. Once I add the playlist and then tells me they're 23 unavailable videos that are hidden. Will the remaining videos be appearing at some point we would love to watch them. So enjoyed watching all of these.
