In 2000 I spent 2 month in Ukraine teaching English. While there I began sensing my call to ministry and have been a pastor for 19 years now. This conflict has my heart torn in two. I am a Quaker pastor so I pray for peace, and I also pray for freedom of the Ukrainian people and for Russia. My little sister died in 1997 after a car accident and my parents sang this hymn over her before she died. So this song has very deep meaning to me personally. And I needed to hear it sang in this way. It reminds me that we are all loved by God and live in His kingdom not the kingdoms of men.

저는 3년전 대장암3기 C 20센치 절재후.항암과.방사선으로 여러가지 치료중 수술도불가한곳에 암들이 붙어있어서 약으로만 의존했는데 대장수술한쪽이 야구공만한게 점점커져가 통증이 생기기 시작했습니다 교수님은 최선을 다해본다는 소리듣는순간 집에 가는 길에 눈은 번쩍떠있는데 눈물이 왕방울같이 뚝뚝떨어졌습니다! 물론 3년동안 죽기살기로 밤낮.주야로 기도하며 전도하며 예배시간마다 예배드리며 남은인생 이젠 예수님만 자랑하며 살겠노라 다짐했었지만 눈에는 증거가 안보이고 대답도 없으시는주님 ! 천국에 사람도 많고 하는데 제가 급히 갈일이 있겠습니까! 하지만 필요하시면 가겠으나 살려달라고 살려달라고 하며 달려온지가 벌써 3년하고3개월 다가네요 지금은 간.폐.등 수술불가 했덛곳이 다 깨끗히 사라지고 대장에 주먹만한 암도 거의 사라지고 2022년 11월29일화요일 오늘 8차중 8차마지막 항암맞으러 지금 병원갑니다 교수님도 이약을 몸이 약하여 양을 줄여서 맞는거라 그나마 이한가지가 마지막이라고 희망갖자는 의미로 그냥 맞는겁니다 하지만 하나님께서 저의 기도와 저를 위해 기도하시는 의인의 기도를 들으시고 마라의쓴물이 단물의기적과.물이 변하여 포도주가 되는 역사를보여 주고계십니다 오늘까지 저의 암을 숨겼지만 지금은 당당히 동네 사람들한테 말합니다 누구든지 살고자 하는자는 삽니다 구하라.찿으라.두드리라.됩디다 됩니다 해봅시다

Amen to that. Every time I listen to this beautiful rendition I find more ways to appreciate it. For example, these four beautiful kids sing so effortlessly which I attribute to their singing from their hearts to the Holy One Above as well as to those of us here on earth. Rare talent indeed.

Indeed these four are the best not only in their perfectly-matched and angelic-like voices but in the special way they exude what I call the spirit of Jesus which resides inside their hearts and is reflected in their beautiful faces.

I am a Filipino who speaks Engllsh, Spanish and slowly learning Russian language. Glory to God! The most beautiful rendition of the song I have ever heard for it shows that the gospel is not bound by language barrier!

Hebrew: עִמָּנוּאֵל, "God with us" in human flesh but without sin. The Savior of the world was born to die for our sins! He did so 33 years later. His terrible ordeal; body mutilated; blood poured out, finally died (John 19:30; Luke 23:46 ) and was placed in a tomb and rose from the dead the 3rd day ! "HE IS RISEN" Matthew 28: 6. Isaiah 53:" 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all." - IT IS FOUNDED UPON GOD'S LOVE FOR MAN AND WOMAN HE CREATED John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3: 23 " For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." WHOSOEVER BELIEVES SHALL TESTIFY TO THE TRUTH Romans 10: 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. TO DIE IS TO REJECT SALVATION IN JESUS CHRIST AND BE SEPARATE FROM GOD FOREVERMORE Salvation and forgiveness of sins is the blessing of anyone who believes in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We receive the baptism of God the Holy Spirit immediately which seals us in Christ and that is permanent! Ephesians 1:13-14. Those who reject the free gift of salvation, see John 3:16 above, "perish", which means their sins are judged by God the Son and they suffer eternal separation from God and the family of God forever called the "second death".
