In complete honesty, whenever I need to, I listen to this video, sometimes several time a day. I have seen many performances of this song and this group has all the charisma and beautiful tone that goes far beyond pleasantness to my ears, it reaches all the way to my soul. Beautiful harmony and expression. To me, the 3rd verse is the most important verse in the 4-verse hymn. I would love to hear how this group would have interpreted it: My sin, O the bliss of this glorious thought. My sin, not in part but the whole Is nailed to the cross and I bear it no more. Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord O my soul.

I have listened to this for the past 5 or 6 nights before going to bed. It is just a wonderful blend. I love the different chords. This is a great anointed song and is a blessing to me each evening.

Holy overtones in the end! And it's not just the double 5-1 overtones in the end, but also the entire tag leading up - there were overtones everywhere. It's just proof how accurate the intonation is! And Rasmus, that's some of the most communicative and precise directions I've seen. No unnecessarily big gestures, just precise hand movements which all convey musical meaning. The interpretation was also great, especially those dynamic contrasts! By far the best performance of this piece I've seen on KZread. Great work Zero8, can't wait to see more of you guys!

+Braden Lynk I can only think of the Westminster chorus in Westminster California, USA. They are the International Barbershop Chorus for 2015, and were once Chorus of the World. These guys are pouring their hearts and soul into this number. Are you a member of this Zero8 chorus?

+Don Dorsey I wish! I am a member of Voices of Gotham in NYC. Westminster is awesome! I have several friends in that chorus. Zero8 was most recently in International in 2014 in Vegas and got 4th.
