In this video, I show you how to prepare a very special recipe, Pasta Brisèe. This recipe lends itself perfectly to sweet and savory dishes, it is easy to make and has various uses such as an appetizer, first or second course. I show you how to prepare it with ONLY 3 ingredients etc. For the final result I suggest you follow the instructions step by step!
Calculating the doses for Pasta Brisèe is simple. Starting from the weight of the flour, half the weight of butter and half the weight of the butter, water and 1/7 of the weight of the water and salt are added.

90g of cold butter
45g of cold water
3.5g of salt
