Ikr! Some people complain so much about the funny parts in the movie, but it's part of the characters' personality (age also helps, I guess...). Richie and Eddie were the ones who said the funniest things because it's part of their personality. It's not just the movie that's like that, It's not an "unnecessary humor".

I remember seeing this on the weekend, first scene when Pennywise showed up i literally screamed ‘oh shit’ and people laughed. Best audience reaction ever. I think all of us enjoyed the movie. Saw ch 2 the other day, audience was mostly quiet, someone slept through most the movie, snoring really loud. Woke up, only to fall asleep again ect. Felt bad for whoever sat next to them. Overall, i liked that one too. c:

Many kids from age 10 to even 20 have never even seen the original, my parents are 30 and watched it for the first time solely to prepare for it 2017. This is definitely a classic

I was re-watching this video and thinking this exact thing and forgot this comment even existed. Hopefully they'll do a 20th, 25th and since Pennywise comes every 27 years, hopefully they will do three anniversaries. :)
