The “keep applying in 6 to 8 months” point is great ❤
Based on my 14 years of experience in the IT sector, I've observed a strong emphasis on 45-hour workweeks with two days off. This culture, however, attracts many people to IT regardless of their field of study, primarily due to the financial pressures faced by the middle class. As a result, we neglect development in other sectors. To address this imbalance, the government should consider establishing minimum wage and annual raise regulations across all fields. This will not only ensure fair compensation but also encourage more balanced growth across the Indian economy.
A. Job recruitment channels are changing, 30% to 50% jobs are filled through refferrals. 1. Make sure to restart the conversation with previous company colleagues. 2. Connect with people whom you have studied with. 3. Help people who are looking for a job, you will get help when you need it. B. Tech Stack is changing. 1. Don't live in a bubble, having a feeling your skills are relevant to the market. 2. Stay active in the market to know the in demand market skills. C. Reduce the dependency on the current income. 1. Accumulate a 6 month of emergency fund. 2. Have a secondary income source. Start small. D. Maintaining strong personal relationships. 1. Family is more important than anything income.

Excellent video. 👌
Good advice brother ❤❤
Very informative video.
Hi Pavan You have mentioned 100 % facts, but in reality no friend neither relative or close friend of school etc will never ever help for referral even when it brings referral bonus to them, in fact a person unknown in social media will definitely help for referral but a close friend or colleague or even relative would never do, the point is human ego nowadays is no more loyal ethical supportive rather its a showcase world where people pretend to bluff and showcase as if they are helping but in reality its a big betrayal. Fact is IT is full of drama where 90% people are supporting others in exchange of money, favourism etc for referral and the entire system is in trap of this dirty shit. Only 10 % are genuine and ethical. The day its scrutinized from 360 degree things will change.

I have 25 lakhs savings. I am currently in customer support. There are no growth here but I am getting 55k salary. I am planning to do mba but scared of current market situation. What should I do spend 20 lakh in mba from tier 2 college or do business with that 25 lakhs. Pls. Suggest

You might as well invest in a small online business and do it as a side hustle and ensure more stable passive income rather than wasting that savings of 25 lakhs on a MBA which even after completion will not guarantee you a promotion nor a position in managerial hierachy. Once your small online business expands and gives you enough profits / income, you can get into it full time. As an entrepreneur you will have freedom in many aspects.

Customer support is the field most impacted by AI. So, see if you can learn "AI in customer support" through a course OR new workstream in your current job. So, that your salary increases and also job security. As per MBA, don't go for it - unless you get into a business school with low fees and good placement numbers. Other option - Learn python independently. It is tough but not impossible. You can apply to a lot of jobs even in the customer support domain. All the best!

I am from baniya community ......I know such kind of thing very well 😂 no need to go for higher degree
I've observed a concerning trend in company referrals, where location seems to play a role. My roommate, who works in a top electric bike IT company in Bangalore, faced discrimination because he's South Indian. Many other South Indian colleagues also left due to similar experiences. During HR discussions, this issue was raised, but the company, being located in Bangalore, downplayed its significance. This regional bias hinders national unity. We need to foster a truly pan-Indian identity that transcends regional differences.
