1. Problem Solving - is a HARDD Skill. It is related to Academics especially, Algorithms and a "Can-Be-Taught" Class Room subject.

i really loved your approach pavan but what really is i didn't understand how to learn one. i think the way your explained is to improve those skills as habits so we can apply it any where?( as like noting daily activities, data and pattern analyzing, problem solving etc.,) i will more happier if you show some way to acquire from some source.

Working hard on tech. Missing out on soft skills are the worst way to expect things will come to you as you do work. This is not working out well now a days. Gone are good old days doing hard work and it gets recognised to pay you well. Now that management has become too much chain level. Your work is not visible to whom will approve your budget. Great talk and not even a single minute can be missed in this video thanks.

I was shocked to see the list sir was speaking i thought he would say coding presentation skills and data crunching all the skills are on point in this video which makes a logic to think.
