In a small airplane the gimbal does funny things when you turn. It's slow to re-level when looking foreward coming out of a turn.

Hi I just bought the iSteady Mobile + and I’m trying to figure out how to use the LIVE BROADCAST I’m not able to connect with Facebook, Instagram, KZread?

Does your app allows to switch betwen Wild, regular and telephoto camera when you zooming?

Does this gimbal support all the 3 cameras of my google pixel 7 pro? What are the different resolutions of video it offers?

Two question: 1. Do I have to manually reconnecting it to Bluetooth every time I use it? This is difficult while the phone is in the gimbal. 2. Why doesn’t telephoto/zoom work with iphone11 pro?

Hello Hohem Team, Today my Hohem iSteady Mobile + arrived. But I have a question, all working really good. But some times, the gimbal moving without I control it, to the right and stay there for 10-30 seconds. Is that normal? Face tracking is off. What I can do?

I'm using Samsung s21 ultra. I can get it synced, push record whatever but does this not allow you to switch from horizontal to vertical?

The motor is in camera view when mounted vertically... other than that, it's a decent little gimbal for the price

Hi guys. One short question - in All Lock - triple tap my Hohem iSteady+ doesnt seem to lock phone. Like you can turn it left right and I even try to restart device. Any advices? Need to mention that Yesterday got it and I let it 1st charge full then even if device was fix properly and perfect balance before starting device - in 3rd mode phone cant be lock

Inception Mode: I seem to be able to quad tap mode button into AF mode good and adjust the orientation good But when using the joystick going left or right spinning it stops like there is a physical stopper i the arm/motor. Seems the arm can only spin a max of 560 degrees (more then 360) before a hard stop, Any ideas?

Got mine a couple days ago and when I stabilized my phone and turn the gimbal on, it does not straighten up my phone. Like when I turn it on my cAmera is pointed at my chest instead of my face. I have to use the joy stick to move the camera up to my face. Which causes issues because when I recenter during a live, it goes to my chest.

I purchased this gimbal from Amazon and noticed that there’s a constant drift towards the left side. Is there any solution to this problem?

How do I get it to portrait mode please? I have clicked to the rotation round on the back but still it defaults to landscape when I turn power on.

William Kretzer I took the phone out and put it back in as landscape. Sent back the device though it the end. Done my head in. It had a mind of its own turning in random directions

Hi there! Thanks so much for this. I have a question and could really do with some advice! The gimbal is fully charged yet the mode button is flashing and it turns off once I've placed my smartphone in place and adjusted it. Could this be a battery issue or potentially something else? I just got mine charged up and started trying to figure it out this afternoon. The little instruction manual is pretty hard to follow, mostly, I think because author is not an English-speaker, probably a German-speaker from the types of mistakes and odd formulations (make slide, for example, instead of simply "slide"). I was ready to pack it back up and make a return request at Amazon when I found this video! NOW I GET IT! Just took my first couple of videos wandering around my property, following one of my cats around, trying different sorts of shots. I couldn't be more delighted--or grateful for this clear, easy-to-follow demonstration. And I can't wait to see what sort of things I can do with it!

Just got my yesterday. Looks like not fully compatible with Galaxy S21 Ultra - zoom adjusting up to x9. Bluetooth keep disconnecting every few seconds after was recognized by the phone

How do you get Inception mode working please? I've tried pushing the mode button 4 times (putting it in All Follow) but when I try to control with the joystick the motors for tilt and roll motors move but not the pan

It seems that inception mode only works when toggling right on joystick after the 4 taps on mode button. I might be wrong but I couldn’t find a way to create the inception barrel role effect the opposite direction.

I have the same issue might be case of balancing the phone using the lock etc before starting it. Haven't tried it yet but will do after watching this video. Please let me know if you managed to get it to work

What phone did you use? I have a Huawei p30 Pro and it's quite heavy. Not tried yet

I just got this gimbal for my iPhone 12 max pro. And other than my learning curve on how to use it in real time and the modes it works great! It seems to have a great battery life too. Just remember to NEVER turn it on without your phone mounted OR try to balance it (twist or turn) while on with the camera. Always mount and balance before you turn it on. NOTE: when balancing, it will never be exactly balanced until you turn it on with phone mounted. App works great too!

@@santanaabiassaf7298 The video above at 1:05 shows how. NOTE: I don't use vertical mount much because when shooting video wide is the standard. Always mount the phone without a case on it. This will change the weight and the gimbal can't handle the extra weight. When I first got the gimbal I remember following instructions for vertical where you have to change the mount itself before mounting the phone. Check your pamphlet, the instructions should be there.

This is probably the only tutorial that helped me figure out how to balance my phone vertically! My only question is I’m not understanding the difference between the double or quadruple tap, it seems like it’s doing the same thing? And also how do you activate inception mode?

For horizontal to vertical press the power button once in a short tap (if you hold it down it powers off)

Its a single tap to take a photo or start video depending in what mode youre in. Double tap to switch pictures to video modes. Triple tap to switch front to back camera. There is no quad tap function.

Inception mode is a button accesible within the app, but only when BT connected first. Pan and dolly are on the same screen.

yes, just rotate the phone holder to mount before powering on the gimbal.

Won't the equipment on the back show when moving in landscape mode??? It would suck to ruin a great shot because of the holder

I did the inception and got shoots of my gimbal, it specifically told me it would not do that, trying figure what I’m doing wrong, so far love it

I got the iPhone 12 pro and it seems that the weight it too much for this gimbal to handle inception mode as it stops spinning when i try it, then if i change to vertical it keeps spinning and when i go to horizontal it can’t continue its spin very disappointed so far with this product regrettable purchase so far

Guys I bought this gimbal and watched your tutorial several times, but it just is so jerky and doest work, can you help!!!

Super excited about this device. It was advertised for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The phone is just too big and heavy for it. Balance adjustment could not be achieved. The phone impacts multiple surfaces of the controller. So far it’s proven all but a useless exercise in futility. Planning to return it.

Hello, it is tested to mount iPhone 12 Pro Max without problem and make sure mount it without phone protective case, even it is not perfect balancing mounted before power on the gimbal with adjustment on max, it would be not no problem on working as the motor power support the weight enough.

Good question. The Hohem app has NEVER found my gimbal. The app is full of bad reviews on Play Store. Unfortunately, I didn't see it before buying it!
