This is long, sorry, but I hope it helps. I have a 14" wide Ti chair with a carbon fiber low profile back just like yours. Pegs on the side, no push handles, so nowhere to hang a bag. And I'm not getting push handles anytime soon because, you know, creepers gonna try to "help." I have been using a chair for my entire life and still have not found the perfect bag. And I'm a woman, so that's saying something-- the women's handbag/travel bag market is HUGE. The best I've found was a diaper bag backpack made by SkipHop It's called the Greenwich. It has backpack straps but it also has two adjustable loops on the sides that are meant to attach to a stroller. Those are a game changer. They fit over those little pegs perfectly. It comes in black, camel and grey, and if you take the little tassel off the front zipper it doesn't look feminine. That company has a ton of bags that are gender neutral with those loops on the side, so maybe take a look. They don't look like diaper bags, but since they were made for that purpose that means there are tons of areas for storage. You can also buy the stroller straps by themselves on Amazon. My other favorite hack is to remove the cross body strap from narrow messenger bags and attach those stroller straps instead. If there is a better solution out there, I certainly have not found it. This bag you reviewed is probably the most understated dedicated wheelchair bag I've ever seen, though. Most of them are over-medicalized or have stupid names like "Handy Bag" across the back. I'm not schlepping that shit to work. So glad I had a kid so I could discover stroller straps!
