The last guy is the realest. A one state solution is not a solution as a democracy, like one guy said in the video the demography will be a problem for Israel as a jewish state. The Israeli political system gives way too much power to alliances, with 4 millions arabs they could overrun a majority of jews. The one state solution could only work if the arabs don't have the same rights, and Israel Supreme Court will never allow such a thing.

Federalism would address this for the most part. Let’s say eventually we have a Palestinian state and an Israeli state in one country with a federal system. Palestinians would need Israeli votes to pass anything through the upper house. Israelis would need Palestinian votes. Not to mention each state would have its own constitution.

Until you learn about each time Palestinians could form a country they didn't. That Palestine isn't an Arabic word and they can't even pronounce it correctly as it's a Greek name for Philistine which is not what the area was called during Ottoman rule. Another thing nkat od the people who started to call themselves 'palestininas' are Arab and identify as such before being 'palestinian' ....before WW1 there was nothing between Cairo and Damascus except Jerusalem. About 3/4 of the Arabs are decendents from WW1 refugees They already have a country called Jordan and fought a short war or whatever you want to call it against the Jordanians as refugees from 67. The Jordanians killed of 20,000 of them which is more than Israel killed throughout it's entire existence. These people understand the language of violence better than any other people. They are violent people naturally, their environment has long been extremely demanding and dangerous. Until you actually live with Arabs in the middle East keep you mouth shut.

So isral must liberate judea i mean the real jewish people must liberate themselves from zionism and arabs must find a way to live together in a federation. independent countries fully aoutonomous from each other but part of a same federation like israel and palestine thi could bring peace to this crazy world

Regarding one state or any binational/(con)federal state 🇮🇱🇵🇸, if Palestinians could prove that civilian murder of Israelis from another potential civil war following unification would be drastically small compared to sum deaths of the entire conflict, there’d be a case for 1SS. They can’t unfortunately, until they root out anti-Jewish hatred, in culture and radical theology. Obviously, Israel should help build trust with meaningful and legitimate concessions, but the systemic antisemitism of the PA, Hamas, and their citizens is an issue bigger and much older than the conflict. That’s where the onus foremostly is.

Basically the only justified solution. Create one nation and give everyone equal rights. All the counter arguments in this video are the same ones that were given at the end of Apartheid. Look how immoral those seem in hind-sight. Furthermore, the Jewish population in Israel is quite significant, so these fears of being overrun are unjustified. The Israeli's can also create a federation where each state has large autonomy. This way the majority Jewish regions can maintain there cultural and legal heritage.

7 january 2023. My second post is depicting a view of mine. Of late changed my stance to Israel evacuating all settlements and splitting in two states to the one state solution - because the hundreds of thousands of thieving settlers in the West Bank make removing them impossible or so I thought. Rewatching this, the fact Jews evidently refuse annexing in majority - then occupation cannot breathe a moment more.

Since Jews are considered as enemies of Islam and the worst infidels, they should either be executed, converted or pay Jisiya (tax) and live under humiliating laws. Those who are naïve enough to think they could live under Muslim law, or with Muslims as equals, should take a long hard look at history books and what's going on in Muslim countries ,especially to people of other faiths.

The premise of this question is wrong, because it takes for granted that with annexation, everyone who lives on this land is automatically entitled to citizenship.. Sure we should annex the land - all of it. But that doesn't mean the Arabs living on it must become citizens. We build a state on a small portion of our land, while an enemy nation sits on the remainder. This enemy nation attacks us several times, and in the process, we capture more of our land. So now that we successfully defended ourselves, we are obligated to give this enemy population the keys to our country? This would mean they can attack us, and conquer us by losing the war. This is lunacy.

@@JavedIqbal-mw3sd Actually, the defeated population in generally not given citizenship. Historically, when a defending army wins a war, if the animosity between the two nations still exists, the population living in the conquered areas are expelled. But that's beside the point. Regardless of what other countries do, Israel is not required to endanger itself to accommodate a defeated enemy. So, yes, Israel made a colossal mistake not to expel the population that attacked it in 1967. Too late, what's done is done. But they certainly don't have to give citizenship to a hostile foreign population living on its land. As to your accusation of apartheid, that's simply not true. The Apartheid regime in South Africa deprived citizens of their rights base solely on their race. They were citizens. Full members of the Nation of South Africa. This is not the case in Israel, where the Arabs are an entirely different nation who happens to be living on our land. They are entitled to full human rights, but not national rights. It is not apartheid to deny citizenship to a foreign population living on your land. Is it apartheid for France to deny citizenship to non-French? Is it Apartheid for the US to withhold citizenship from non-Americans? About gaining land through conquest... How did the US acquire Puerto Rico and Guam? How did the Arabs acquire Syria and Egypt and Lebanon and Morocco? Unlike the Arab conquests, Israel took the Judea, Samaria, Binyamin and the eastern half of Jerusalem in a defensive war. If you start a war and you lose, you lose. You don't want to lose territory to a neighboring state? Don't attack them. More importantly, those lands were ours long before the first Arab ever set foot there. You don't find Arab artifacts in the archeological digs, you find Jewish artifacts. The Dead Sea Scrolls are in Hebrew, not Arabic. Jews, not Arabs, are buried in the ancient graves on Mount Olives. The ruins of Masada are Jewish, not Arab. The Arch of Titus depicts the Roman looting of Jewish treasures, not Arab. Yes, land through conquest for the sake of conquest is wrong. This is exactly why the "Palestinians" have no right to the land of Israel.

And using the straw man of 2 million Israeli Arabs don't really work because its all that is, a straw man to say that the oppression isn't apartheid. But this doesn't really stand as if Israel didn't mind having Arabs with them, they would give all of them citizenship. And yes expelling a population is ethnic cleansing even when the Arabs did it. 2 wrongs don't make a right.

I'm not using it to justify my position, as I clearly told you, it's beside the point. * You say they are in their land. And I disagree. So do the facts and historical evidence. * You say they have nowhere else to go. That's a humanitarian issue, not an argument for sovereignty. And it could have been addressed, had they not gone to war with us. * I have no idea what you're talking about with the 2 million Israeli Arabs being a straw man argument, and giving them citizenship, etc. * I did not mention the Arabs expelling anyone, and in any case, that was not my argument. But when you say ethnic cleansing, we need to add some context. The term became common during the Bosnian- Serbian war, and it referred to the purging of an ethnicity by killing them. No one is suggesting any such thing (from our side). Expelling an enemy population, though tragic, is often done, because there is no alternative. No country is required to commit suicide for the benefit of a population they are at war with. In any case I am not suggesting they be expelled or deprived of their human rights. I am simply suggesting they not be given citizenship. * Of course the "Palestinians" are a hostile population. It wasn't meant to be derogatory. The fact is our people are currently at war with each other. * I didn't say anything about oppressing them. * And just as side note, the hostilities didn't originate with the "occupation." Arabs mobs were foaming at the mouth in rallies leading up to the war, declaring, "we will push the Jews into the sea."

And Palestinians with a good record .. is always allowed work inside israel ... Thousands of Palestinians cross check points every day to work in israel .. Pa get enough aid to build a good economy they invest it in terror .. that's their fault ...and nothing can be done .. about gaza unless hamas steps down

@Alex M Area A and B are plenty for a viable state. There are currently ~25 countries in the world that are smaller. Some of those include Monaco, Macau, Lichtenstein, Singapore, and Bahrain, all countries with a decent economy. If those countries can do it, then the Arabs in Areas A and B can find a way to do it too. There is no way Jerusalem will be separated. Arabs can’t be trusted to take care of non-Muslim holy sites. Historically, as Joy Roy mentions, they were unable to do it. A few years back, the Jordanian Waqf, which controls the Temple Mount, had Jewish artifacts removed and destroyed from under the Dome of the Rock in order to delete the Jewish connection to the site. Look now at other areas of the Middle East where Daesh has destroyed ancient historical sites and non-Muslim holy sites. The PA is already doing this to some extent in Bethlehem where the city is losing its Christian character and becoming Muslim. If the city is to be a boon for the economy, as you say, then it would be in their self-interest to preserve the Christian character of that town. The reality is the “Palestinians” and Arabs, in general, don’t really care about creating their own country, they care about eliminating one country, Israel. That’s what this conflict has always been about. If the Arabs were interested in creating a state, they would have done so when Jordan was in control of Judea and Samaria and when Egypt was in control of Gaza from 1949-1967.

It really angers me how some answered that it was a “Jewish State” and they wanna keep it that way, Can you imagine if it was a Muslim country who said something like that?

Yun Chun That's an ignorant status. Most of Israel's Jews are not atheist. Those that are, are Atheist Jews. They're still Jews. It's still their land.
