Israeli Forces 'Chased Out' Of Gaza City's Shejaiya Amid Mortar Attacks By Hamas Allied Fighters
Soon after Israeli forces declared that its operation in Gaza City’s Shujayea neighbourhood came to an end and started withdrawing from the place, they came under heavy mortar and small arms firing by Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) fighters. Militants carried out attacks using explosive devices and small arms, news reports claim. Meanwhile, human rights group B'Tselem slammed Israel for ordering the entire population to leave the area and urged UNSC to adopt an immediate and binding resolution that will end the war. Watch.
