There is a prisoner swap handled by UN peacekeepers of hostage and the Palestinian prisoners. The Gaza Marine gas field and other gas fields in their maritime ownership on a map as well as oil under West Bank belongs to Palestine. Proceeds from the natural resources go into a sovereign wealth fund to be used to rebuild Gaza and give it an economic future by being invested in other things for when the resources run out.
