Israel Adesanya (born 22 July 1989) is a Nigerian-New Zealander professional mixed martial artist, kickboxer, and boxer. As a mixed martial artist, he is currently signed to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he is the UFC Middleweight Champion. In kickboxing, he is the former Glory middleweight contender winner and King in the Ring two-time cruiserweight and heavyweight champion, which is the most titles in King in the Ring history. As of October 7, 2019, he is #8 in the UFC pound-for-pound rankings.

well not to take anything away from him but whittaker looked kinda sick (i bet he was injured or didnt fully recover from his surgery) - when i saw him at th weight in i kinda knew he would loose even though i hoped he would win EDIT: or maybe the wars with romero were just too much fighters arent the same after theese fights

@@MsTriggaTre i just hope he fights when hes fully recovered way too manny fighters fight injured or sick or dont take enugh time after a knockout and never talk about it. like khabib said fighters are athletes but at the same time physically disabled (edit and mentally if they get too many hits) (and in some cases pretty seriously) kinda strange if you think about it that we watch in some cases probably paralympics and dont even know about it

After the second Rogan Jre Podcast with Adesanya I felt like for me personally, I finally was able to connect with him. He is a thinker and is just trying to be the best...And he really is very smart with how he is going about it...most importantly...HE IS A GOOD PERSON AND HAS HIS HEAD ON STRAIGHT THROUGH PURPOSE. I like him....Ive mostly been Luke Warm to him even after the Whitaker win...Not anymore...I wish him the best of luck....I feel he has a real chance to reign with an iron fist for many years.

JohhnySnipshow mike tyson had crazy angles and was a short, tank of a dude for his weight class. Totally opposite build to israel, its not just about the physicality of your build or frame but about your skill set, understanding of distance, balance and footwork. tj dillashaw had ridiculous angles too and was pretty much a similar size to his opponents

Whittaker and Romero are more complete fighters In the division. Izzy's stand up and ground game is not balanced. He has superior stand up and Inferior ground game. But that's because he used most of his career on kick boxing Instead of MMA.

Drop whatever weed you're smoking mate. I've made enough trips to know Lagos is one of the WORST things one can witness in Nigeria. Yeah... World class estates in the muck and the dirt...with crushing poverty, beggars in every major district, lack of sewers, extreme crime rates, pollution and crippling corruption. But it has very nice hotels I guess.

3:08 man, its a story I hear all the time. I am from NZ and I know amazing people, doctors, lawyers, who are working as anything but their trained field, making a pittance of what they could make overseas, just to have the lifestyle in NZ. It's a huge trade-off but it's worth it for some.
