@@stevencoardvenice yeah I mean Conor had a few good moments but I didn’t expect Dustin to 10-8 Conor in round 1 like if you would’ve said to anyone without telling them what happens the rest of the fight dustin will win round 1 10-8 everyone would say well then 95% chance dustin won the fight convincingly I mean not only did Conor shoot cause he got stunned even though he always says that’s what everyone else does to him lol he also went for a guillotine even though he said taps don’t count😂😂 and then obviously got carried out on the stretcher that he said was meant for Dustin😂😂 idk how Conor could’ve looked any worse outside of getting KOd again but man we know Conor in round 1 is at his absolute best…his face was beaten and swole with his ear straight leaking which had to fuck his balance all up add to that the shots that stunned Conor plus the guillotine fail almost certainly burned his arms out so the only way Conor wins would be if he lands a perfect shot which isn’t impossible but IMO it’s like this Wilder and fury fight we all know fury is the better boxer and we all know wilder hits hard the only way wilder stands a shot at all is by landing a perfect shot and if you keep making the fight over and over and over fury is going to win the majority of them but eventually wilder will land like to me that’s what dustin and Conor is like clearly dustin is the better fighter the gap between the two on their feet is considerably closer than the gap between the two everywhere else I would say overall Conor is a better striker not by a significant margin though and as we’ve seen dustin can sleep Conor as well shit dustins boxing actually looked better than conors last night but I liked conors kicks so I’d still say slightly Conor when it comes to striking but the problem is the gaps everywhere else heavily favors dustin and the one area I give to Conor is superrr close. Dustin is the superior fighter no shame in that Dustin is currently either the best 155er or the second best behind Charles Olivera I know conors ego has to be hurt badddd cause now we know that KO from Dustin was not a fluke shit man a lot of people could say if any of the fights were a fluke it would be the first one when Conor got the KO over dustin cause now it’s looking like dustin is wayyyy better smh and what’s crazy is Conors win against dustin was like 7 years ago and now dustin has beaten Conor twice in 6 months I just can’t believe Conor got 10-8ed in the first round like that I mean fuck dude that’s when he’s at his best he’s such a fast starter especially compared to 90% of the ufc roster it usually takes fighters a little to get into their groove whereas Conor comes out on fire…so that was really discouraging…and then the way conor pouted after the fight was hard to watch man to see a grown ass man look like a child throwing a tantrum I mean sheeshhhhh that was incredibly cringey

You misunderstood what Poirier meant. His intentional checking of McGregor's kicks is what led to the break. A freak accident (in this context) is simply a highly unusual and unlikely occurrence. I mean, it only happened under a handful of times in the UFC. Anyway, Dustin saying that he believes a check caused it, isn't him saying that it wasn't an freak accident. In fact, Dustin called it a freak accident during his post fight interview with Megan.

That Dustin's elbow causes the fracture. I don't think anyone truly knows the point in which the fracture occurs. It's all speculative. But one thing is for certain, it was an freak accident in a fight in which Dustin was winning.
