Cannot believe I only became aware of this channel after watching a dragons den clip that was recommended, The amount of variety of guests and the format of the podcast is next to none, definitely subscribed and trawling through the many episodes!!

So much of what izzy had to say resonates with me. I believe whatever happens in your life you should stay true to yourself and never compromise on your principles. This is the best podcast I have had the pleasure to listen too. I hit subscribe straight away. I look forward to hearing more. Steve your a fantastic conversationalist. I will use this analogy to describe the conversations you have with your guests. They are like onions. First time viewer and a huge Izzy fan. Ive watched almost all Izzy interviews and so far this one is the best. You masterfully coaxed out a part of Izzy that no one has ever been able to do before. Its good to hear my country Botswana mentioned also.

Just stumbled on your channel and it feels like it is the missing brick in the personal information fundament. The variety of guests is astonishing and inspirational. Appreciate your work! It is a nectar of the best.

This is guy Israel is so REAL. I said Amen many times watching this video. He made me smile about his opinions about been a human being. I like the statement “ raise your damn kids”. Very good interview. Quote: “Those who appreciate will gravitate”.

I can relate to most of these experiences Izzy shared. Living abroad takes a lot from us acceptance, pains, humilation and on and on the list. The thing is that they know we are different and we do not make effort to correct the wrong narrative about our motherland bad name only time showcase how discipline we have become especially being outstanding.

hello . it may be hard to understand as i am white originally from wales in the uk . i relate to being different even though im white and have never had the feeling of i fit in here in australia which probably sounds absurd being white .. my theory is its important to be connected to any land when we are in primary school (formative years) laying down roots . i wont go into the expiriences i had but theres a sense of racism among even when all the students in school are white but from different continents ...i lived in africa for 7 years (formative years) before my parents emigrated to australia when i was 13 . i didnt feel the or experience the same kind of troubles that i did in australia in africa in fact a lesson and memory has stuck with me all my life which was a time when an african told me when greeting your brother in the street you allways grab his hand and greet your brother like this where he showed me the handshake of africa , ive never forgot that ..im 55 now still in australia and frankly dont gve a shit what they think but i never felt this is home or that i belong here ever... just thought i would share and i do know what it is like when living abroad .greetings and much love

I have a friend who Adesanya reminds me of a lot. That guy is polarizing, sometimes he's great fun to be in the company of and other times his confidence borders on arrogance and it's a turn-off. Both my friend and Adesanya are special. I like how Israel extracts philosophy from his experiences, becoming wiser as he grows in stature and accomplishment. It will be cool to see what he does and who he becomes as he gets into his 40's, 50's and beyond. He's a true martial artist and ambassador of the sport, like GSP. Edit: I normally don't hit the subscribe button because I'm wary of KZreadrs who are just out to make money and restricting the amount of media that competes for one's attention is an essential skill in the modern era. But once I caught that Steven was genuine and not just out for clicks, that how you get me to subscribe

Steve this is incredible content, my word! I've been a die hard MMA fan since 2007, watched Ice Man, Ronda, Conor & I must say Izzy is not only one of the goats of MMA but he's a goat of a human being period, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually...he's incredibly self-reflective & aware of the zeitgeist & how it all plays into being himself, authentically...not unlike yourself....we're all striving to find that balance, God Bless!

This is the second time I am watching right now this podcast, and honestly thank you both a lot because I am dealing with depression that I am naturaly born with due to bullying in elementary school and no friends well... i have friends but its like I will always carry this shit for the rest of my life but its what made me who I am today and one thing that no matter what the fuck is going on with my life right now in 6th of may i am turning 17 the one thing that it without doubt going to happen at some point is I will be the n1 ufc champion I know it super hard work SUPER HARD WORK like at 13 i was 1,83 height 108kg and now i am 78kg same height somehow with some loose skin that I am fixing and I bring something different in fighting that has never been seen before and everyone will see in the future i also know that after all the ufc stuff I will make my book about some stuff that I dont want to say right now about society and matrix and goverment that will change a lot I know it so thank you very much man because you and izzy make me feel good, when I forget who I am due to natural depression and I am not taking fucking pills for it like doctors say fuck em!

Only what God says about you matters and also what u think about yourself , as it says in the book of proverbs, "be careful how you think , your life is shaped by your thoughts" That's why it's so important to affirm yourself everyday who you are . The more your say it the more it enters your mind and you begin to act it out and walk in the confidence of who you are - not what others perceive you to be . Also keeping in mind the power of the tongue ( proverbs 18 :21 says the power of life and death are in the tongue). Remember that the only person that knows you more than you is God ...not other people .
