Ciao Angela) a very quaint place Isola Farnese, such a tiny place (!), was touring around for a few minutes and it was already finished) But enjoyable, so close to Rome it felt a little unreal... Wish you aldo a great weekend ahead Angela - maybe I'll start walking again this weekend if the weather will be ok over here

Greetings Riccardo for the year 2024! As always I enjoy your videos of the small towns in Italy. They all have so much character, each has its own charm and scenic beauty. The sound of the birds in the background gives a more interactive experience for the viewers. Great for ASMR listening. now that I had to review the walk again... I noticed it much more the birds singing in fact. A little weird as I heard while walking but.... not as much as I now hear them while wathcing it again (perhaps I was too focused on filming...) Good memory of that day anyway. RITORNO alla tranquillità delle città italiane. Isola Farnese una cittadina affascinante, dove le erbe selvatiche regnano sulle grandi pietre, sui muri delle case e sui sanpietrino delle sue strade. Pace nel paese, più pace nelle chiesa di San Pancrazio. Cuanti pani deliziosi, pasti e altre prelibatezze devono essere usciti da quel vecchio forno. Cosi vicino a Roma per i suoi chilometri e cosi lontano da Roma per la sua tranquillità! Come sarebbe la gloria di Roma se non fosse stata saccheggiata tante voite? Posto bellissimo e strategico in cui risiedere. Cosa ci racconti tu stesso dei tuoi tour in questi luoghi, Riccardo Laziale del Tirreno? Bel video. Saluti.

Caro Juan, che felice rivederti qui come vecchi amici. E' da tanto che non ci vedevamo. E come sempre riesci a catturare l'essenza di un luogo anche senza filmare con una videocamera. Una piccola oasi felice sembra Isola Farnese, ed hai ragione, anche strategico. Bella domanda su cosa raccontare caro Juan, cerco di non far vedere neanche il mio volto così da raccontare quanto posso solo attraverso uno strumento ma senza commentare molto. Dove mi fermo di più su un dettaglio, dove meno, dove discuto con qualcuno... ci sarebbe da dire di più forse, hai ragione. Chissà se un giorno.... Ciao Ioana, happy for me too to see you again here and can't thank you enough for such words... it was quite a long wait for this new video indeed, but I am slowing down a bit for now as I can't keep up as before but will never stop. It's a very relaxing hobby for me as well, I can't wait whenever I can and have the opportunity to tour around , but lately I really didn't have a single chance to walk again. Perhaps in February.... will start the new 2024 walks. Wish you a nice Sunday Ioana and to the next then

Tenho jardim em casa e não me canso de ver flores em todos os vídeos,nas casas ou crescendo ao ar livre,fico muito feliz de ver que as plantas não saem de moda,ainda mais com esse clima cada vez mais terrível que vivemos,e de como as pessoas cuidam bem delas.🌼🌼 O canto dos pássaros era muito agradável! Thanks for another beautiful video. This town is different from others because it’s small, not on a hilltop, but situated on flat land. It has a beauty church, all of them do. Europe is known for their beautiful churches and cathedrals. I always appreciate when you show them to us. See you in the next video.

I know it's not your most favourite kind as it was quite moody and not many people, but indeed, it's different somehow there for the same reasons you've already written actually. Such a lovely little town! I'm really enjoying the release of the new videos on Saturdays. In between the new releases, we've been going back and watching the videos from 2 and 3 years ago. There are so many beautiful places and such amazing architecture to see! Thank you for sharing them with us. It's always a joy.

Isola del liri è sicuramente nella lista dei paesi da visitare, spero a breve Lila

- San Pietrini everywhere; - A shitload of Fiats; - Cars parked in places where you wouldn't expect them to be parked; - Plaster falling off buildings; - Electrical conduit installed on façades; - Those very specific pictograms on city signs indicating points of interest (although the signs are normally brown, if I'm not mistaken, instead of orange); - Water pipe access trapdoors on the streets; - Gas pipe access trapdoors in front of houses or in the perimeter wall of a property; - A castle, a church and a garden, generally within 250 meters from one another; - A whole village that used to belong to one family; Yup, we're in Italy!

does the pink stucco/plaster have a local significance? the second mistress to alexander 6 was giulia farnese-orsini. wondering if she came from there? the cobble stone streets continue to fascinate me. please keep up these beautiful tours. i do love the history references as well. thank you..

Ciao Ellen, nice to see you again here) Not that I know of I must admit, though it was quite interesting to watch as a nice plaster there. Would be interesting to know if Giulia indeed visited the Farnese palace there, though she was born elsewhere. Would love to know more actually; sometimes it's not very easy to find good info on these towns. There's VERY few on Isola Farnese compared to others unfortunately /
