The old pump allowed you to deflate. Does this one allow deflate as well?

Is it okay to pump the board on concrete? Or will it cause damage to the board

Yes as long as you don't drag it across the concrete, or put weight on it where a stone or other sharp object could be underneath. This is true wherever you are inflating, as even in grass there can be sharp objects hidden (rocks, etc.) so you have to check.

I just got my Isle board with this pump. My board is an Isle pioneer 3 max pressure 17PSI. That pump hold until 16PSI ONLY!!! So that force me get the manual Pump to add that extra 1PSI. That was disappointing! Hopefully you upgrade your pump soon!!

That board only requires 13psi-17psi, with 15psi being the ideal. You can absolutely use your board at a couple less than 17psi. It even says the range around your valve on the board. I have the same one.

I highly recommend staying below the maximum PSI. Heat will cause the air pressure to increase, at max PSI you are at higher risk of a blowout. Stay at 14 to 15 PSI

@@Toastedyogurt did you test that situation on the water. There is a pressure gauge out there that tell if the pressure increase in a cool water.

The pump is loud and slow, is it possible to make it faster?

At this time there isn't really a work-around to create a silent pump as it has to compress the air, which is what makes the noise. The speed is also related to compression, as it can only go so fast. We don't recommend air compressors as they inflate TOO fast and can be a hazard for overinflating, which is dangerous.
