I think that's why Steve had these kids on because he realizes that he was kind of like them when he was younger. He didn't have much talent but he did as much as what he could with what he had to make it lol. Just like the island boys people liked Steve-O more for his personality then his talent lol. Steve-O was all messed up on drugs and could barely hold himself up and still making videos. I think he kind of sees his old self in these kids

Honestly, Steveo did the best job interviewing these guys so far. He took the true journalist approach and let the subject speak for itself, in what ever way that may be. Steveo is a class act.

And it wasn't even a fight.. It sounds like the guy threatened to jump him so one of them said, "OK pull up" and pulled out a gun right away.. So literally the opposite of self defense just on that alone, being that they initiated it k (aggressor can't claim SD) and no one tried to fight them.. And even if they did try and fight them first and the island boys weren't the aggressors, it's only self defense if you can't get away.. Good God, these kids are the last people who should own guns.

Steve-O made the decision to have them on the show. If anything he is more at fault then these kids, they would be dumb not to take the opportunity. The criticism of his guests is a criticism of Steve-O and he is at fault for this one.

I don't comment often (if at all) on KZread videos but you guys did a great job getting through this one. Absolute professionalism from Steve-O and crew. Couldn't have been easy, it was definitely difficult to get through just listening.

Hahaha You mean damage control... That wasn't respect, it was ass kissing to try to make sure these kids didn't get offended and storm out on the show. They somehow misunderstand even the most harmless comments then get offended and angry. Even just complimenting their clothes or hair could get you punched in the face. Look at Scott and Paul, every time the camera's on them they look like they're shitting themselves cause they know that there's a good chance anything they say could offend them and make them either walk out or start a fight with someone.

I thought they were respectful. They asked him lots of questions (ie who is Tommy Lee about his life). I didnt mind them. Be boring if we were all the same.

They seemed like nice little guys - surprised how chill they were.

I like these interviews because you can still educate the young that dont know, rather than just be riding on their lack of knowledge like most interviewers do...lol

Good points. I'll just add that the only way for young folks to learn, REALLY learn about real life type shit (other than stumbling about half blind & dumb getting scarred up an beaten down) is if us older folks practice a bit of patience & compassion & converse with them as if they are actually worth investing some time & effort into, because everyone is, & there are too many in these last cpl younger generations who never had anyone who believed in them, or sincerely encouraged them to reach for the highest values of Truth, Love, & Beauty. We can not afford to fail these kids. Because if no one steps up to be good role models, if no one takes the time to provide guidance & mentorship, then what a shameful waste of potential. And mark my words; a world filled with young ppl who feel worthless, connected to no one and nothing, who feel that their lives have no meaning or purpose, that would be a very dark, deadly & soon to be dying world.
