Part of Paddy's charm is that he doesn't try to neutralise his accent for anyone. Many people are quick to abandon their regional accent - their roots - when they make it big. It's like he's saying "you can all get on my level and learn to understand me. I'm not changing for a single one of you." Love it.

I only found out about this guy literally 2 weeks ago (I don't watch fights but he's blown up in pop culture) when I saw the thumbnail I thought he was heavy. 202 isn't bad, but if you look up videos of this guy at fighting weight... you can tell when he's "training" "fighting" or has time to mess around. Apparently there's drama and hatred towards the guy for enjoying his time off and getting big. I haven't done anything physical since high school and I got up to 199lbs before Rona and around when I got divorced. I'm around 165 since 2020. If this man can put on 60 lbs and shed them within weeks apart, he must be doing damage to his organs, but McDonald's isn't a PED so good on him for just doing what he does with the most wild form of discipline out there.
Right off the bat stevo chill and not fighting to get his words out, kudos to ur interview skills

In regards to Betterhelp, one of my best friends just committed suicide about a month ago. He was literally living his best life. was in several successful bands, awesome loving family, tons of friends, great career, literally that "life of the party" guy. EVERYONE loved him. Just talked to him 3 days beforehand and he was pumped about the future, we were supposed to play a show together just 2 weeks out, then boom!...literally. Out of nowhere. no warning, no signs at all to anyone. not even his wife. It really does happen the way you've heard. Your happiest friends. The one's you'd least expect. I had to touch him at the funeral to make sure he was actually dead and not playing some kind of elaborate prank...he would! lol Point being: I learned something about suicide. It doesn't solve anything. It just takes all the pain you're feeling and forces it into the hearts of the people that love you the most. Now you're gone and all that's left is hurt and empty space and unanswered questions. fuck that. Don't do that to people.
Stevo you need to do a MMA podcast! If you had fighters on and just talked mma I think people would love it. If you had the time that would be sick.
