That’s not training, that’s just normal Sauna culture in Finland/Russia/Estonia. Expect we are naked, he had to be clothed for the video.

Going from a hot sauna to ice cold is the same feeling you’d get going from soaking cold wet to a hot steam shower. The location and scenic view is the coolest thing about the video 👍🏽

​@@TheTrympetenclearly you haven't. Finnish Michigander here. So I know a bit about saunas and cold weather. He probably got overheated in there and needed to cool off. It's easy to do and feels great after you're in a sauna or hot tub for a long period of time Nothing better than saunas and hot tubs in the winter for that very reason. In highschool we'd make snow angels in just our swim shorts after an outdoor hot tub session lol
