His school principal said in an interview his dad was a good father working hard all the time (driver), so it was his mom who attended all school functions and that lady was a strong character always asking about how Islam's education was going. Islam always said his dad supported his fighting career right from the beginning unlike his mom who wanted him to find something else to do w/ his life. When asked about what's the most meaningful thing he's spent w/ his earnings or best purchase his made so far... Islam said he bought land and horses but the most satisfying was having the ability to make his parents finally retire (he achieved years back before winning the title)... because him and his brother have seen how hard both parents worked to provide for everything they need holding 6-9 jobs and they should just rest now and have time to do what they want. Very inspiring people.. and puts great value on things that brings life genuine happiness and fulfillment.

His school principal said in an interview his dad was a good father working hard all the time (driver), so it was his mom who attended all school functions and that lady was a strong character always asking about how Islam's education was going. Islam always said his dad supported his fighting career right from the beginning unlike his mom who wanted him to find something else to do w/ his life. When asked about what's the most meaningful thing he's spent w/ his earnings or best purchase his made so far... Islam said he bought land and horses but the most satisfying was having the ability to make his parents finally retire (he achieved years back before winning the title)... because him and his brother have seen how hard both parents worked to provide for everything they need holding 6-9 jobs and they should just rest now and have time to do what they want. Very inspiring people.. and puts great value on things that brings life genuine happiness and fulfillment.
