Regarding the show, I think it’s confusing that Ishy has fiery eyes when he appears in dreams but looks normal and sane when he speaks with Rand. In the books his fiery eyes aren’t just some sort of disguise, they are real.
The only person who knew that the Dragonmount is where Lews Therin died is Ishmael. How did the mountain get known as the dragonmount? How did it become common knowledge that the Dragon died there?

I know I am late, but I think Ishamael probably spread the tale. Just like he probably spread the tale that Lews Therin killed his family.

Because the Dragon disappeared and a giant mountain appeared at the same time, alluding to him being the one who made it but it also killed him in doing so.
Totally disagree with the people in the comment section saying that this is boring, it's very interesting!
