I think it’s weird that Flush doesn’t work on Delirium when it’s in a form that Flush should be affected by, but Vade Retro works on Delirium’s Ghost boss forms

I actually discovered this yesterday

If you shoot a Euthanasia tear at one of the red bomb grimaces, it leaves behind a bunch of red bombs.

The room isn't showcasing it, just fly to the loot if you can...............

The room has an item pedestal with Flush in it. It gives you the item and you probably would test using it because it's just free, leading you to get the key if you don't have flight
