I really enjoyed the traveling part. Being able to see the rest of the world moving since the start of the pandemic. And that Isaac Hayes headstone, wow, the best I've ever seen!

I hate to say it but it wouldn't be the same, the network would take control of it and it would evolve into something you wouldn't care to watch. But then again I could be wrong.

In November 1972 I just happened to run into Isaac and two of his men in the Columbus, Ga airport. I was on my way to US Army Jump School and was in uniform. I don't know if he was being nice to a fan or a GI, but he was probably the nicest "Big Star" I've ever met, and I've met a few.

What a great vlog from beginning to end: from waking up to the adorable Jahster, to your visit to the cemetery to see the grave of Isaac Hayes (yes, stunning gravestone!), the lovely cemetery itself and lastly, the Crystal Grotto. All are awesome and so beautiful! How calming and peaceful it looked as you were walking through the grounds. Yes, Isaac Hayes was so cool! I enjoyed his music and his guest appearances on The Rockford Files. I know this will be the first of many amazing vlogs from your trip!

Because of this vlog, I revisited an awesome memory of Isaac Hayes performing Shaft at the Academy Awards. Your bio of him was wonderfully heart warming. In my mind’s eye I could see Jah enjoying a walk through the lovely Grotto.

I actually loved seeing the plane travel. I don't like traveling myself as I got older, but the first time I ever flew was from Dayton to Los Angeles in 1961. I can still remember coming into LAX at night, and the plane making a big circle over the city all lite up and over the water, and then landing. It was breath taking!! Your red one eye glasses are hilarious. Like a one eye alien sun glasses. Just had to smile.

Issac's Marker is Amazing!! The Crystal Cave Grotto is beautiful.

Fabulous vlog. The icing on the cake was seeing the faux bois work of Dionicio Rodriguez. We also call his work trabajo rustico. Mr Rodriguez settled here in San Antonio. His legacy work is continued by his grand nephew, Carlos Cortes.

OMG what an incredible place! Issac’s grave is stunningly beautiful, he achieved so much in his lifetime. Shaft is one of my earliest musical memories. 👌👏👏👏

The theme from Shaft was fantastic.....but Walk On By was a masterpiece. I visited Gracelands, Beale Street, Sun Studios etc.when we visited Memphis, but I didn't know that Issac Hayes was buried in Memphis 😟That grotto us the kind of thing you would to see in the UK, but not in Memphis Tennessee?- it is great though!

I got introduced to Isaac Hayes back in 1969 with Hot Buttered Soul! I still listen to "walk on by" the lyrics, rift, hook etc was ahead of its time! Then later the late Gordon Parks allowed him to create the theme for shaft. Damn Jordan! you took me back to when I was a kid about to become a teen! Thanks bro!!
