Awesome in my life I thought I wouldn’t be able to make upma like this and I stooped trying and then all the time one soggy flop on the plate for my husband😀I have tried upma God knows how many times and I have failed terribly! and not to mention tried some of the chef’s recipe as well but in vain.. NOW THIS IS AWESOMELY PERFECT ! Easy way with the best result no rocket science yet a perfect dish! All credit goes to you in my house. All praises 👍 hope to learn many more dishes from you on your channel which I failed miserably all this while . Thnx once again!

You must be a good Teacher, I cooked Upma when I attended Gordon Ramsey Classes. I have always appreciated domestic tricks, I have been doing it so wrong till now. Your video is an eye opener. Your voice is soooooo good. Thanks mam.

Will certainly try the curd trick. Your instruction and tips were very precise and easy to understand. Thank you for the upload. Ma'am could you share what make and type of cookware/pan you used for the recipe? Looks like it is hard anodized or maybe ceramic coated - looks really premium. I'd love to own one. Also could you tell whether it works on induction cooktops or not?

Made it. It turned fantastic. Though due some diversion the jeera was darkened but as I put onions etc quickly. Things didn't go that bad. My wife Prabhjyot made me boil the muttar first before using.
