We talk about the role of your seat to get your horse "on the bit". We talk about all the things riders do either by mistake (or even sometimes because they are TAUGHT to do it that way) which prevent the horse from coming correctly on the bit and through from back to front. We then teach one seat concept that you can go implement right away. Go try it and see how it improves your riding, your seat, and the way your horse is able to move and work correctly.
